Great place for a relaxed and satisfying meal. We enjoyed the lunch special with fried rice. This was in Palo Alto, Ca.

I had the fried rice there, it was great. The bathrooms were very clean. The waiter and host were really nice, and there was NO excessive delays, whether that be the waiter not coming by to my table or the kitchen being slow to give me my food. The prices were also reasonable.

PF CHANGS DELETING HALF OF THEIR MENU AND NOT INFORMING CUSTOMERS!!!!I’m sad to say that I will no longer be returning to P.f. Chang’s anymore. I came within the past week- visiting from out of state to celebrate my cousins birthday. We got there and let me start off by saying there was no host at the front to greet us-which was fine because I could see them seating another table.Instead we had what looked like a take out employee help us. I wasn’t able to catch her name, but she was a little taller and I specifically remember a face tattoo of some stars on the side of her face. Her attitude towards us was unexplainable. It was busy and I understand she was stressed but she was aggressive towards us, and due to the loud atmosphere, she couldn’t hear us, and was yelling at us to repeat ourselves for simple questions. I told her that there was no need to yell and her response was “i’m just doing my job, and you’re stressing me out” she then stormed off, and we had someone else sit us.The next thing I want to mention was the food. I LOVE the lettuce wraps, so we got one of the chicken ones and one of the vegetarian lettuce wraps, and like always they were amazing, although the rice sticks plated under were extremely soggy. We stuck to pretty simple entrees, such as the combo Korean glass noodles, the mongolian beef and Ma Pao tofu.Wasn’t a huge fan of the tofu, it was actually really soggy and didn’t hold its shape. The korean glass noodles were amazing and I will definitely get them again, unfortunately, as I was leaving the restaurant, I went to the bar to watch the game playing on the t.v and had stumbled upon a piece of paper listing all the deletions that P.F Changs will be having. I was not informed about it while ordering.i asked to speak to the manager, because I was curious if this was true or not, and i was directed by the same rude take out lady to wait on the couches in the front for a manager. About 10 mins passed until I decided to just leave because no one came to talk to me.Not sure if she was the manager, but this younger looking lady with a flower tattoo circling her arm, was up at the front helping others out and taking calls. She then proceeded to ask me what I needed, and I said I wanted to speak with a manager and her response was “that would be me, what do you want?” First off that’s super unprofessional, and hostile. I asked her about the deletions and she was dodging my questions and didn’t give me a full answer on anything, then had the audacity to say “thanks for coming in! Hope to see you back” as i was angrily leaving the restaurant.Disappointing how they’re changing half their menu and not even informing their loyal customers. Not worth your time, or money at this point anymore, especially to be treated like crap from the workers and management.

It took 10 minutes to even see a server. Ordered the Waygu steak. It arrived cold and tough. I sent it back to the kitchen to get it warmed up. When it came back it was still tough. I asked for a steak knife, but they claimed not to have any. If they are going to provide steaks this tough they need to have them. Save your money, dine somewhere else. The wine was well selected and reasonably priced.

Both my girls worked for PF Chang's many years ago. I haven't been in a couple of years, and when I did, it was OK.We wound up going for lunch about 2 weeks ago. This time, it was great. The temporary string beans are amazing. We had the ribs and a beef dish and 2 different chicken dishes. I'm sorry I forget all the dishes we ordered, but it doesn't matter because they were all really really good. The Palo Alto store is turning out some quality dishes! I can't wait to go back. One other thing that's important, for me that is ... usually bar Coke is bad and flat wherever you go and the Coca Cola that day, perfect.Parking: Plenty of places to park.Wheelchair accessibility: My mom is 91 and we found it very easy to get her and her chair inside.

Food was delicious. Our waitress was great. The place was decorated for Chinese New Year and felt very festive. We always eat here when we are done at the shopping center. I wish we had one nearer to us.
