Our first visit. One of our party has Celiac disease and requires a legitimate gluten-free meal. The kitchen pulled it off and after testing the food with a Leo tester we had an enjoyable meal.
It took me 40 minutes to get a server just to get water on the table and the restaurant was not busy when I arrived at 5 PM. I had sent in a special request and asked for a table in honor of a birthday. We were wedged in a booth that faced another booth with barely Room to walk between the two. This made for no privacy because the other table was a completely separate party and we could hear every word they said. After the water arrived, I had to wait another 30 minutes just to get server to order for the six people in my party, despite getting up and trying to find a server. Eventually, food came. I would say it was undercooked some of it, it was oily, it was evident that there was not a lot of effort in preparing and presentation. The meal ended for all of us and we waited probably another 40 minutes to try to get the check. I had stood up several times and reached out to servers who were in the main room, asking for someone to help us. The reservation indicated it was a birthday and there was no offer for any dessert. By the time we finally got a server to conclude the meal there was no way we were going to deal with waiting for dessert. It's a good thing they didn't ask us! Sadly, this will probably be my last visit there. This place has truly gone downhill.
We were there late Friday afternoon and sat outside. It was a beautiful day. My salmon sandwich was delicious and a very good deal at $20.00. Our server, Sergio was very friendly.
Excellent place to lean back, enjoy the food, have a nice conversation and view the passerby's from the patio. Food is consistently good!!
While the lobster roll was fine, the changes you inflicted on the Japanese BBQ Eggplant was abominable!
Food was solid and tasty. Folks are friendly and helpful. We were seated in a rather weird spot where the setting sun is right in our face. But otherwise, it’s been a good experience!
We ordered appetizers the fried calamari, and also guacamole and chips to start. Both were very good. All the dish that was ordered was delicious. You can't go wrong with anyone that you choose.
Our server Bruno H was very helpful and attentive all night. Please send him our thanks. Him also made great recommendations for wines and desserts.
We were happily surprised at how good the food was. Delicious.
Good One 👍

Pacific catch is typically pretty good. This location is consistently below average.
Over priced , odd service. Wouldn’t recommend
I had the Grilled Shrimp Bowl and it as Beautiful as served at the table. Then delicious to eat as well. I would definitely recommend this item. The side patio room is a perfect blend of indoors and outdoors vibes. Very nice meal experience.
Not Barbara - I'm Katie a long time enthusiastic patron of several different Pacific Catch - even during Covid at the 9th Ave, SF one- Bravo for giving up your parking lot for the brilliant deck. The Stanford Shopping Center venue s as good -ambience, food and staff. Will be back
I submitted my reservation about a month in advance indicating that I wanted a table in the patio area because I would be attending with my dog. We like this part of the restaurant because it is covered. When we arrived they did not have a table reserved in the patio area but gave us a table in the outdoor area along the front of the building. Shortly after our food arrived it began to rain lightly and we were located where we could be struck by the rainfall. Fortunately a staff member noticed the change in the weather and brought out a large umbrella to provide cover from the rain. Other than being in a somewhat undesirable location (for this type of weather) the service was good and the food very good. We have come to Pacific Catch several times because the food is good and at a good value and we appreciate that they are dog friendly.
