Wonderful as always! Excellent service and food, appreciate the different seating options.
Have eaten at other Pacific Catch restaurant and had excellent food. Our food was delivered cold.No dressing on the side salad. Rice in the black cod dish was dried out. We were disappointed.
We visited at peak time, so our table services were delayed, and our waiter was too busy. He never came back around after taking our drink order until almost at the end of dinner. We had to waive down another waiter to place our dinner orders...
As usual, great service and great food. But it was freezing in the restaurant despite my heavy winter clothes! Just beware! It may have actually been warmer outside next to a heater!!
My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Pacific Catch. The food and service were great, and Manager Kim truly stands out. He's always amazing—professional, friendly, and attentive.
We go in frequently Food and service consistent and good except that they put raw onions in Cole slaw which we can't eat We mention it every time and servers and managers say many others say same thing so don't understand why they continue to do so It seems like upside of doing so is outweighed by downside of many customers not liking it Hope they read this because it is a running joke when we mention it and they always say they hear it all the time Otherwise enjoy the meal
We always enjoy this location. The food is good. They are very creative, the bowls and tacos are a testament to that. Try it!
We were immediately seated next to a loud table. We were able to still converse and hear each other. But, when the wait person (woman) arrived to talk to the people at the table, the noise level increased to the point where we could not hear each other. The wait person (woman) seemed to be a manager? We could hear her telling her family history, etc. and was so loud, we did complain to the person clearing our table. The wait person (woman) returned again and again.
They got both of our orders wrong. One dish had the wrong fish flavor, and the other was salmon when we had ordered shrimp. No one checked back in on us afterward. It seemed like the same person was acting as both bartender and server for the whole restaurant, which felt like too much for one person. This was a Sunday evening, and there really should have been more staff on the floor. Ironically, the bus staff did a better job checking on us and making sure we were okay. This restaurant is usually one of my favorite spots, but this location really missed the mark. I was introducing the restaurant to someone new and had talked it up based on how consistently great my experiences have been at other locations. Unfortunately, this visit fell short and left a bad impression. It was my first time at this location, so hopefully it was just an off night, but it definitely did not reflect the standard I expected.
Pablo and the other servers were cordial and welcoming. Wish they carried cocktail sauce for my fish and chips. Ambiance was clean and lovely!

This is not a date night experience but is perfect after a day of shopping at this mall. It's Christmas so expect a lot of family tables with crying children. Food is great for the price. Excellent fish, cooked or sashimi, variety of seafood salads. Full bar and specialty cocktails. I had the hamachi with side salad and sesame green beans. Side salad had baby lettuces with edamame and shiitake mushrooms and a delicious soy dressing. Hamachi was nicely cooked. Hubby had a sampler with fried cod and cocoanut prawns. They gladly substituted more coconut prawns for the listed calamari. It that came with a nice Cole slaw and fries. We left very satisfied with our choices.
Our waitress, Kel was OUTSTANDING. She was extremely professional and pleasant. She provided very helpful service and was a joy.
Been to a few Pacific Catches in the bay area.
Ordered for 4, since one order of food was for take out:
chilean sea bass salad $29.95
sashimi hand roll one of each $15.95
mexican grill seared shrimp $22.95
WC regular salmon $23.95
guacapoke $16.95
WC small salmon $20.95
3% surcharge added to the bill.
There is quite a bit of seating inside and outside.
Food came out really slow, supposedly due to large party order before us, but still, not much communication for the delay and service was a bit non-existent.
Definitely give your phone number for rewards...ended up redeeming free entree.
Parking can be difficult during peak hours.
Our server, named Sergio, was rushed and unpleasant. He got my drink order wrong, and got nasty with us at the end because we wanted to split the check. My friend put her card out while I was scrambling to remove mine from my purse. He went ahead and charged the whole thing to my friend—too impatient to wait for mine. He said it's too late to split. He blew up when we said “not acceptable.”
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch . The miso soup with shiitake mushrooms was good but the soup should be served warmer so it can be enjoyed best. I had to rush through the soup because it was getting lukewarm. The special platter, fish in a banana leaf etc.. was interesting and colorful -though I'm not sure I will order it again. The service was very pleasant and we enjoyed the outdoor covered patio. We have been here many times and have tried a variety of things. I wish they would bring back the Viet fish burger.
