Pablo and the other servers were cordial and welcoming. Wish they carried cocktail sauce for my fish and chips. Ambiance was clean and lovely!

Been to a few Pacific Catches in the bay area.

Ordered for 4, since one order of food was for take out:
chilean sea bass salad $29.95
sashimi hand roll one of each $15.95
mexican grill seared shrimp $22.95
WC regular salmon $23.95
guacapoke $16.95
WC small salmon $20.95

3% surcharge added to the bill.

There is quite a bit of seating inside and outside.

Food came out really slow, supposedly due to large party order before us, but still, not much communication for the delay and service was a bit non-existent.

Definitely give your phone number for rewards...ended up redeeming free entree.

Parking can be difficult during peak hours.

There were four of us and we very much enjoyed our lunch. The food was delicious and the servers were courteous. Also, the restaurant is very beautiful and the tables are spaced far apart so that one does not hear much noise.

We are frequent guests at the Palo Alto Pacific Catch location. Our waiter, Primitivo, had served us before, and he was great, as usual. Really great server! However... This time we had a coupon for a "free entree" because the last time we were there their "surf & turf" entree was not very good. So, after reviewing the coupon, verifying that there were no restrictions, I ordered the same item again. When the bill came, they had deducted a much less expensive item to utilize the coupon. I asked why they were not able to deduct the more expensive item, and the manager, Kim (who apparently didn't even want to come to the table to talk to us) told me the coupon was "good only up to $29." NOWHERE on the free entree coupon was there ANY explanation of a maximum value. We got the surf & turf cost deducted, but he made a point of telling us that there was a limit on the coupon, even though there was nothing written on it regarding anything except "free entree." Not very customer-centric!

We ordered appetizers and had to wait over 30min even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Then they got out order wrong. Instead of acknowledging the problems, the server was rude. Usually this location is great but maybe they're under new management.

Great evening enjoying the company of friends and a great meal. Oscar was fun, helpful with recommendations and kept us laughing. The Ahi bowl was delicious, and what can I even say about the pitcher of Mai Tais?! All around nice evening.

Four of us “mature adults" had a nice dinner here - it was a refreshing change to be able to hear ourselves as most restaurants these days are so noisy! The server had great recommendations and we all enjoyed our meals. The prices were very reasonable and the menu had a wide variety of choices. Will definitely come back to try more items!

Perfect for family with young kids. Attentive and not over the top. Comfortable. We were there after dinner for a second round of dinner between 8pm to 9pm for 1 grown-up and 1 young child

Muy mal servicio, de resto la comida y ambiente agradable. La limonada tiene gas, no nos gusto eso ni nos lo dijeron.
