I ordered a medium pizza at about 8:30pm for a delivery and I was located 6 min from them. Yet when I got my pizza it was old and stale. Crust was so hard it cut my mouth. Freshly made pizza the cheese would be almost slipping off. It was like an old pizza warmed up. Terrible experience. Worst Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. You have one job and that to make pizza. If you’re not doing that, I’m not sure what’s happening over there.

Ordered in for girls night. The pizza was exactly what we wanted. Fluffy crust all the toppings were correct. They also included garlic sauce, pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese in both pizza cartons (which we didn’t even request)! Thank you papa John’s!

This restaurant does NOT honor its listed carryout hours
I placed an online order for carryout at around 2:56AM (got a text message confirmation at 2:57AM). I arrived at the store around 3:17AM (3 minutes within the listed carryout hours) only to find that the store was closed with no one inside. I drove back home after waiting ~15 minutes outside feeling confused, angry, hungry, and without the pizza I already paid for.
I spoke with a guy on the phone the day after who told me that the store actually closes at 3AM, and that they had waited until 3:09AM before closing the store. I asked about the hours mentioned on their website and they had no response. They refused to offer a refund or to remake the pizza.
I have no choice here but to file a credit card dispute. A store has no excuse for not honoring the hours they advertise.
I also filed a complaint through their internal website feedback tool on the spot. It's been 12 hours since and I haven't received any response or even an email confirmation that they received it. Pitiful.

I just ordered a pizza and paid DoorDash delivery fees and tips. Completely messed up - the crust wrong, sauce less, missing toppings, missing garlic sauce and missing ranch sauce. Also arrived cold and poorly packed. Pathetic - I won’t order again from this store. Ruined my dinner and paid almost 45 bucks for a medium pizza with incorrect and missing toppings. Get your act together and provide the food the customer paid for

Food really saved this restaurant. Horrible and slow. So dirty and uninviting. The bags they provide are so bad even the cheapest trash bags are better. This store is the literal definition of cutting costs to increase profits. Messy dirty and uncomfortable. Clearly Dominos is the way to go

PAPA JOHNS on El Camino Real Boulevard in Palo Alto FRICKIN messed up on my pizza order upon delivery! I've ordered some Garlic Knots, Honey Chipotle Chicken Wings, and a Combination Pizza! Instead, the delivery guy brought Garlic/Cheese Breadsticks, and 2 Pizzas: Chicken/Mushrooms and the other Pepperoni/Olives! I've also tipped the delivery driver too! Afterwards, I've tried to call the PAPPA JOHNS store 3 times to tell them about the mix up, but all I got was commercial ads and a voicemail! There will be NO Future Orders from this store!????
