Fyi I got the Derby at this local Peet's and it's fantastic, not too sweet, caramelly, and through Dec 12th you can get a postcard with a stamp on it for 10 bucks off.

Very good drip coffee, Cinnamon condensed milk Cappuccino and the Egg & Cheese sandwich was tasty. Friendly staff and good service. Thank you.
Ordered through the app and got charged twice for an order that apparently didn’t even go through. Called the location and she made it seem like this issue was normal and was no help at all with the number I should contact. Staff need better training here and they really need to fix this issue if other people have it too.
Excellent service. Excellent coffee for over 40 years. Decent pastries. Remodeled space leaves indoor seating to be desired. I know bright is in. Cozy atmosphere and more seating was preferable before the onslaught of Mobile orders demanding space efficiency.

If they want to not staff to keep it serviced then it should state that, not pretend to not have a key.

Many tables and power outlets…great coffee shop to work in while on the road! Great staff and music as well!
I went in to do a quick pickup before I went to work. I got charged 3+ times on top of that they said my order never got put in. Mistakes happen and I 100% understand that but after that I called Peet’s and had the most difficult time. I was not only at work but they needed so much information and still fought me every step of them way even after showing proof from my bank statement. To top it all off I was told I will get my money back but it will take a week. So now there’s 80+ dollars Peet’s is just holding and I am unable to use of my own money. I don’t know of another coffee shop who “borrows” money without asking and will potentially pay me back. So all together a quick 20 dollar order cost me almost 100 dollars and I just might see that money and if I don’t I have to call them back and re submit everything and file another complaint. Definitely don’t want a “quick” pickup from here again.

I order online almost every morning. These past few times I was given the wrong coffee. I call corporate and they just say they will work on it. Yesterday morning I come to pick up my coffee and it's wrong. I tell an employee and his response is "I don't know how you were able ordered it, because we don't have vanilla." I tell him that it's been the wrong coffee the past few times. His response was " If we aren't satisfying your needs then go to a different location." I was shocked at his answer. There was no customer service. I have been ordering for the past 3 years and this is the service I get. I am very disappointed and upset with how I was treated. No deserves to be treated that way.

I love this Peet's! They are super consistent, speedy, and kind. I think once you are a regular and they learn your drink, it just keeps getting better! I order on the app so there's no waiting in line. I can count on them to make a fabulous coffee with that classic Peet's taste - consistency is key for Batista's and these folks got it down! Thank you for the amazing coffee's y'all!
