lukewarm drinks, long wait but was the only person who ordered, rude cashier, sad experience

I am a huge fan of Peet's coffee! They have a wonderful selection of drinks with options for alternative milk if you are lactose intolerant or desire something different. They also have a simple and yet wide variety of pastries and sandwiches. I think when I appreciate the most about Peet's is that it tastes like coffee. Other places seem to overdo it with the sugar and sometimes it taste more like syrup and hot water than anything else. This particular branch is located near the Stanford University campus. You can expect to find all types of people working, studying, and conversing there. the day we visited happen to be my birthday and it was such a wonderful morning out. It was foggy, cold, and a perfect time to get something warm to drink and warm to eat. The service was amazing and very quick! Walking in, you are met with warm lights with warm tones the noise is average may be even quieter but definitely not a place that sounds like it's a mess. I enjoyed actually sitting down and having a cup of coffee with my fiancé. If you happen to be in the area looking for a good cup of Joe, and maybe even a short break from sitting in your car, be sure to stop by this place in the morning. it would do you well to help out the traffic and also a great time to start the morning a little more calm.

Love coming here in the early morning just a little time to decompress from the week. Nice atmosphere, small and quiet. Friendly staff always with a smile even when it gets busy which I know that it's hard to do sometimes to when it's slammed...

Love the recent renovation. Great staff, lots of places to sit outside, a few spots inside. Good spot. Parking in Town and Country can be frustrating during the day.

I've been going here for years because it, by far, had the best iced lattes. Now the oat milk has changed so I no longer like them but the coffee is still high quality.Pros:- High quality coffee, espresso isn't perpetually burnt like Starbucks- Good food- Recently added a new sandwich without egg which is really good- Genuinely nice staff who go above and beyond to help customers and build relationships with them- Good seating for doing work, nice big tables- Generally better coffee than other Peet's stores - baristas seem to have better training at this one- Staff puts up with high school students every school day at lunch, dealing with a lot of stress- Actually stay open and make drinks until the closing timeCons:- Just changed their oat milk to Chobani. It used to be Pacific Foods barista edition and it was high quality and creamy.- Can be hard to find seating sometimes. They recently remodeled and the high tables are super uncomfortable and disability unfriendly. The rest of the seating is good, but chairs are not the comfiest.- Used to be open until 9 p.m., now only until 7 p.m.

Peet’s, my favorite coffee place. I had visited the one used to be at the corner of San Antonio and El Camino (now Lady M) everyday for more than 15 years till they closed it down four years ago. I have been away from the Bay Area and haven’t visit this town \\u0026 country location for more than a year. They redecorated the shop and give it a modern look. Also, I found out they added a new Cafe au Lait, I guess its part of strategy to attract younger crowd. I still love their coffee.

Your standard Peet’s - main drawback is that mobile ordering never works here.Otherwise nice staff and some indoor seating, decent wifi.

I like Peet's over Starbucks any day, particularly for their cappuccino.

This place used to make a perfect cappuccino- espresso, a bit of milk and lots of foam. Now they fill the cup with milk. That’s a latte, not a cappuccino. :-(

Since their recent remodel, I like how their store has more of a natural flow to getting customers through their order process. The staff are amazing, friendly, very personable, and make some awesome drinks. Highly recommend checking out this specific Peet’s Coffee.

This location is always busy, but the staff does a very good job at keeping things moving well, and are generally pretty friendly. Coffee flavors are what you would expect from Peets.

Nice Peet's coffee shop is brighter inside than other Peet's coffee shops. The place is clean. Service is very fast and workers are friendly. We order cold brew oat and oat Vietnamese coffee and both are tasty. It is also a good place to hang out with friends. They also have some pastries. Interestingly this is the first Peet's asked about if you want to pay with the app and if you do you get reward points. Kudos ? to the worker. No one ever mentioned it when I visited other Peet's shops.
