It’s okay—portions are average, not a lot of flavor, and they auto-add an 18% tip. If you’re nearby, you can give it a shot, but I wouldn’t go out of my way.
We love it when we arrive and July is working at the front. She’s just the sweetest and kindest person working there.
But if she’s not there, so many of the staff can be so rude and curt. It’s so frustrating to come here and encounter these people because they can totally put a damper on your meal. I wish they’d straighten out staffing so the experience here could be consistently pleasant.
Otherwise the food is great.
This place used to be a favorite for my kids, and we’ve visited several times because the food is good. However, the staff clearly do not respect their customers. We arrived about 30 minutes before the listed closing time on Google, but a woman who seemed to be the floor manager came over and told us to leave because they were closing soon. She walked away without further explanation.
I called her back to point out the posted hours on Google, but instead of listening, she raised her voice and asked why we were still there if they were closing. I calmly told her not to get upset, that I wasn’t planning to eat at that point, but that they should at least correct the hours online to avoid misleading customers.
If dealing with people frustrates her that much, maybe she’s in the wrong line of work. Since then, I haven’t once felt the urge to go back.
no service at all. Disgusting
Service was slow and inattentive at 9:30pm on Saturday night when they were only half full. We got a vietnamese 3-color dessert and a mango smoothie to go. They forgot to check in on our order and made us wait quite a bit before bringing out drinks out. The drinks themselves were disappointing, the mango smoothie tasted syrupy like it wasn’t made from real fruit. The dessert tasted off, the beans were hard and sour (??) and the milk base also has an unpleasant taste so I had to throw away the whole drink just to be safe. Do not recommend.
A very satisfying place to get pho!
It was a big place so easy to get a seat. And service was quick, so we were able to quickly order. The food came even quicker and it was really tasty.
The soup and the beef and the noodles were all good. And then we got a sweat treat to finish it off.
Overall I like the pho!
We order a bowl of special pho and sticky rice with fried chicken. Pho is amazing with tasteful broth. Sticky rice is a littble greasy for me, but it’s really chewy and delicious and fried chicken is also really flavorful.
I like Pho Hanoi but the quality of Pho in this place is not the same as in the other Pho Hanoi places. I really hope the owners will know and improve this. Both beef and chicken pho are not as good as that of Cupertino and Milpitas.

Welcoming place for Vietnamese food. We ordered an apple beef salad, bun cha Hanoi, a bun with pork and vegetarian cuon. Tasty, we had to ask for hot sauce for the sauces. The meat was perfectly cooked. Service was nice but we had to ask for the bun cha Hanoi which the apologized for the lost order.

The food is really good. The mango smoothie is exceptional. The Palo Alto restaurant is convenient as it’s local for me, the Fremont one is spacious and equally good.

Syrupy sauces and indifferent service.
Take outs from this place are notoriously missing part of the order. Today it happened again , my order was mid short rib ( they only gave broth for the short rib pho) and white rice that we ordered with beef stew. We picked it up at 1:55 pm. And then the place closed and they don’t pick up their phone. So we got charged for two items we didn’t get. My husband will go there when they open again. The food is good enough, not always consistent. But the customer service is not. Will not purchase from them again. And if you order online don’t expect them to take care of your order, check it right then and there.

Stopped by this Vietnamese pho restaurant recently, and I was really impressed! The place has a cozy vibe, perfect for enjoying a comforting bowl of pho. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. They helped us choose from the menu and made great suggestions without pushing anything extra.
The pho itself was fantastic – rich, flavorful broth with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked noodles. It definitely hit the spot!
Service was quick, and the overall experience was smooth. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to when I’m craving pho. Highly recommended!

Zero taste
They ran out of the dish I ordered, so I got something else that the waiter recommended (picture).
WORST THING ever. If you can boil 3 pieces of broccoli, a couple of mushroom and a quarter of a carrot, and tofu, put in over boiled rice, do it at home, don't go there. Zero taste for $20. I asked for something to give it taste and they brought some soy sauce
The picture is of my plate when I left

A mandatory service charge for one person is ridiculous. I understand for a party of two and more for one person last time coming here. I was wanting for about 20 min for the lady to give me my bill. I would have waited more if I did not flag her. Service is horrible ?
