The coffee and pastries are good (pour-over only; no espresso) customer service is excellent. Ambiance is ok -- very noisy.

Great and unique coffee options. No espressos. Sometimes it gets very crowded.

The rosé and mojito are the best! I only hope they expand nationally or make canned versions like La Colombe’s!

Palo Alto Fields has changed a lot in 10 years, but it brings back memories.

Is it me or is the coffee overrated? Got a decaf that was super tasteless and water down. The food was good and btw, 4 baristas and the coffee takes forever to come out!

We LOVE the new seasonal vanilla spice drink!

Most tasteless and watery iced mint mojito I've ever had was from this location, it's like they forgot the sweet and creamy part because it was neither. Tastes like an old iced coffee from McDonalds.

Super convenient and easy to grab an iced mint mojito before going to work. Just order waaay ahead because it gets busy in the AM.

There will be good in this world as long as the Philz mint mojito exists; why can’t we have these everywhere? This location has lovely indoor and outdoor seating with huge tables inside and makes my favorite drink perfectly
I like the coffee here
But no latte is sold
Extremely disappointed in my experience. Went to Philz this morning before taking the cal train. Got to Philz 30 min before the train was supposed to depart to give us more than enough time. After waiting 20 min and only having 10 min to walk over to the train before it took off we went and asked when our 2 drinks would be ready. The male barista responded and said he would make it now. He then proceeded to talk with another barista moving at a snails pace. We had to leave our drinks there in order to catch the train. Disappointing we had to wait 25 min for a drink that we didn’t even get…

The people here are trained baristas. Thanks!

I have, never in my life, out of a Keurig nor Nespresso even, tasted worse coffee. Both I and my friend got a drink and threw it out after the first sip.
