Everything was ok nothing was great. Service pressed because short handed. Bahn mi didn't have that bite i expect but the bread was good
I've been coming here for years, but the past few times I've received the wrong order or cold food, and had unreasonably slow service due to errors in the kitchen or inattentive staff. When the service is good and they get the order right, it's delicious, but lately food/service seem to be declining and I'm not sure I'll keep coming.
I got the Seafood Pho and it was really bad, basically inedible. However my partner got the meatball and steak pho which was good. Wouldn’t come back.
Great Banh Mi!
My favorite pho ga. You know it's good when it doesn't need to be meddled with. The broth bursts with great flavor content. Best thing, they don't use msg! No bloat, no headache. Maybe just a little bit more thirsty, likely from the sodium content. They attain maximum flavor, but I'm a simple girl. Most if not all of their staff is vietnamese so sometimes you'll get a limited response, but to your advantage the food is authentic in that same way. They're super, super kind and service is quick. Place is clean, peaceful. My only complaint is that the spray they use to clean tables off is way too strong and it's a bit unpleasant if it's while you're eating. Otherwise, this is definitely my go-to, without a doubt.
Great restaurant for eating in, not super good for take-out - it took way too long, food was ready 20 minutes after the quoted time for pick up.
Good pho in downtown Palo Alto. The men who sat me didn't speak English, only knew key words on the menu. So he couldn't answer my questions. Had to send a younger woman over. She confirmed that all pho is gluten free.
While I would have appreciated friendlier service, the food was good, huge bowl, and came out quickly.
Bland pho, very slow and disorganized services they forget our order since people came after us get their food first. We had to ask a couple time. Will not come back.

I did a search for pho near me on google. Found them. Paid through Clover, as shown by Google. Get there and they said they don't accept online orders through clover. (There were clover POS tablets in the store.) They didn't refund me or give me food. They gave me a manager number. No one picked up. I emailed, no one responded. Absurd.

Solid place to get Vietnamese food. It’s definitely a little cheaper than Pho Ha Noi down the street, but it’s also not as fancy. The food is still good though and I like how they have many classic Vietnamese dishes.
I like to get their Vietnamese pate pork banh mi. My partner likes their popcorn chicken. I also like their grilled pork with rice. And recently we ordered their grilled chicken and it was surprisingly good too
I also like that this place’s usually not too busy for dinner so you can usually sit wherever and order fast. They serve food pretty fast. We waited less than 10 minutes when we ordered 3 entrees and 1 appetizer. I also like how they have a utensils box at the table so you don’t need to flag down a waiter for a spoon or fork. Also they make the water so fancy here! They give water in a large mason jar with citrus and add citrus and cucumber to the water cups. I like that touch. It makes the water feel fancy.
Also want to mention they auto-add a 10% service charge on the bill.
The inside feels new and clean. I think they’ve redone the restaurant a bit because I don’t remember it being like this before, but I really like their new decor. It feels modern and warm.
Parking: There are many parking garages in Palo Alto so it’s not too hard for us to find parking

Food was not great, special pho soup taste like bitter medicine, chicken soup was a ok but chicken was dry and does not have much flavor to it. Not much services provided, we called a guy to take our order, after we told him what we like to order he called another waitress over to take our order again… kinda confused there.
