Had the special beef pho.

Soup was sweet and not hot. I don’t like sweet pho.

Beef was dry. Tendon was not cooked enough and was tough. Tripe was smelly and a little crunchy.

Had to ask for veggies and herbs and sauce plate.

Won’t be back.

I got the braided ginger chicken. The sauce is not too sweet or salty like some places which I like. The chicken is sweet, spicy, and ginger forward. I love th boldness of it. The rice was on the harder and dry side. The chicken was dry and overcooked. It wasn't warm either.

Lovely setting, well decorated and delicious vegan pho with tasty fried tofu. Very comforting food.

Great vibe, good people! The new owner was telling us about his vision for the space, super excited to hang out here more!

Delicious house special pho with lots of meat, but it's the most expensive pho I've had by a large margin

I ordered vegetable rice noodles, which were incredibly delicious and came with a generous portion. The environment is clean and the service is warm, it's hard to believe that it only has a rating of 3.9.

Healthy food for sure. I was visiting Palo Alto and stop for lunch. I had sea food Pho. The soup is huge and all ingredients are fresh and delicious.
The atmosphere is warm and the server was professional. Thank you very much

Sorry, if there is a hair in my food you automatically get 1 star

Worst service ever. I waited over 30 minutes for my pho, only to find out the staff had no clue where my order even went. They checked, looked confused, and basically left me hanging. Total waste of time.

I thought maybe it was a one-time mistake, so I came back a few days later… big mistake. Not only did they act like nothing happened, but they didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for messing up the first time. Zero accountability.

Food is ok, but when the service is this bad, it’s not worth it. Never coming back here again.

Worst vegetarian banh mi that I have ever consumed. Do you like butter? Well this is the sandwich for you - your eating experiences begins with the forceful smell of butter as you take a bite. The only flavor is the taste of jalapenos. To say the diakon and carrots are pickled is generous and the lemongrass flavor of the tofu is so mild the buttery baguette covers it. Only banh mi ever I couldn't finish.

People coming here ordering Pho and being underwhelmed are missing the fact that the tastiest thing by far here is the vegan banh mi. Aina's are still better but this place's are still very good.

We had a difficult time finding food without added sugar in it. We were told the grilled chicken banh mi did not have sugar, but the mustard sauce that came on it (even after we asked for no sauce) was sweet.

Not a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. Pho portion is reasonable. Lots of beef. Sandwiches is good.
