Fantastic service!! Great quality frozen yogurt and great topping selection. Best pinkberry ever!

Very bad pinkberry experience. We ordered one regular with toppings $8.99 and one small with toppings $7.99. When my boyfriend went to pay, the total was $33 and some change (he left a $2 tip). I asked the employee why was it so expensive? He over charged us for one yogurt AND there is a 3% credit card fee that was not disclosed. Usually there is a sign or the employee would let the customers know but not here. Even if they are not required by law to disclose, it is still bad business practice. I asked for a full refund so I can pay the correct amount in cash instead but the manager said they can only refund me $10 in cash. Even with 10% tip, $2 tip, the total isn’t adding up.

On top of the hassle, the yogurt was super watery. It was not even frozen properly. We tossed it out after 3 bites… waste of time and money.

Will never return to this location again.

It would be better made with full fat yogurt to make it more creamy. It would also prevent that sugar spike that you get with fat free but full of sugar treats.

very disappointed in the employees here. i asked several times about if any of the yogurts have eggs and if they could just look it up or find out for sure but “it was too much work” with the entire empty store to worry about with three employees in a 500 square feet mall pinkberry. instead they suggested the mango because “they were sure it didn’t have it” and kept going off of assumptions. we ended up just getting mango even though it didn’t have the best flavor and out of curiosity i looked up the pinkberry ingredients finding out that none of the yogurts in that store had eggs in them. i went back with the suggestion of them actually looking up ingredients when people say they have dietary restrictions instead of being lazy and assuming so that it can be more inclusive and the same people who came in for froyo that hits the spot can enjoy it too and they rudely brushed it off. bratty pathetic behavior. should’ve just gotten something else.

Pretty decently good froyo- what you’d expect. Not self-serve, not many flavor options. But what’s there are good options in my opinion. I got pomegranate and original (I was asked if I wanted them in a swirl or separate) with mochi toppings. The mochi topping was good quality- soft and squishy, not hardened like some other places. I have come here a few times before over the years and you can expect the quality standards to be the same every time. Dependable good froyo place.

We had a Pinkberry at my local mall during high school. I absolutely loved it!! Unfortunately, our Pinkberry shut down. I was so happy to try Pinkberry again after 8 years!! I guess my taste must've changed or Canadian regulations may have been different as our Pinkberry was much less sweet (in a good way). My original Pinkberry location also had many more flavours and toppings.

This is how you package for delivery. Unlike coldstone and other places,pinkberry actually makes sure it doesn't melt on the way to you by putting ice in the bag. I wish they find a way to make their yogurt without the guar gum,carageenan,and other additives tho.

Pinkberry is so perfect! Their frozen yogurt is so refreshing, and the toppings are always amazing. Love the balance of sweet and tangy—definitely a go-to for a quick dessert!

I ordered a regular cup of the original and apple flavors the early afternoon, and within a few hours I became ill. It did something horrible to my stomach and now 9 days later I'm still not back to normal. After 9 days of having a horrible stomachache, I'm weak, exhausted and still not better. It's been about 15 years since I've had Pinkberry and I never had any negative reactions. I'm not sure what was in it that could have resulted in such an extreme reaction, but it's definitely from the Pinkberry. I only had my usual at home latte before and then nothing after. I'm just praying I feel better soon, this has taken so much out of me. Needless to say, that's my last Pinkberry yogurt I will ever have.
