The servings are VERY small for yogurt plus they’re also very stingy with toppings! I asked for the chocolate crunch and for $2 extra you would think it’s a whole scoop, nope it’s not even half a scoop— so why am I paying extra $2 dollars for it? Paid $9 dollars for a small size and it’s felt like a baby scoop. DO BETTER PALO ALTO!!! Go to the Valley fair location instead, the girls are very nice and they servings are very fair!

We have been coming here for many years and the quality of the frozen yogurts have been consistent and the kids have always enjoyed them. Recently we got the original tart with various toppings and were a big hit with the family. It's a small shop and the line tends to extend outside the main door but we waited for 10 minutes to get to order as it moves pretty quickly. Definitely recommend this place for your desert fix!

The person helping me was very nice! I came in for my free birthday small size and she let me know I can choose two flavors in one cup. I got original tart and chocolate hazelnut. While there are a limited number of flavors, you can go crazy with the toppings since it isn't by weight. The fruits were flavorful and ripe! I got mochi and gummy bears as well.

Yogurt at its best. I love that they had mango flavor. The original flavor is creamy and rich. Service was friendly and they let you sample the flavors. We got a large but the middle was hollow so it felt like we got a medium size.

My friend and I stopped here for a little treat after dinner. There was quite a line out the door when we arrived, but it was one of the only things open that night. They also only had one person working. I ordered the cookie dough frozen yogurt with some strawberries, nutella & cheesecake bites. It was pretty good, but a little on the expensive side for me. I think I'd come back but not often.

Very limited options and flavors to choose from. Went with their chocolate flavor in a small size with 2-3 toppings. We requested to use their restroom for my 4 year old and they straight up said no and then I had to go to the chipotle next door. I wasn't impressed with their service. While we were still deciding what to order, they didn't even bother explaining to us about the process, but instead asked us to hurry up. I prefer the self service yogurt dispensers but this isn't one of those. They have no seating space inside but limited chairs and tables on the outside.

None of the yogurt flavors was either pink nor berry flavored. It’s what we came for.

I cannot believe I've never left a review for this place. It's epic. More than a "frozen yogurt" place, wasaaaay more! We just came back from here, having gotten my all time favorite: a small size half hazelnut and half original with strawberries and almonds toppings. Oh man, had I known I was gonna do a review, I would've taken photos. Their yogurt is much more like ice-cream: seriously creamy and velvety on the tongue, a cooling refreshing yummy delicious insanely texture and experience. I'm not typing this up. No joke. This is not your standard frozen yogurt place. It's the standard to which all others aspire. It's worth every penny. Parking today was oddly a hassle in Stanford, which it normally isn't, but i needed to get my Pink fix, lol :-) I so wish I could get it near where I live but this is the nearest location. The lines are always out the door, no matter the weather the lines are long and what's shocking is hope efficient the staff is, knocking it out of the park, just bang on. There are little tables outside, not many but enough. The prices are on par with other places, and they actually get away with charging more, but don't. I adore this place. Did I mention that even though it's dairy, even those who as lactose intolerant will usually be able to digest it. And they have non dairy options as well, e.g. today they had a mango sorbet type thing plus they have something called a swirl, which I've never gotten as well as fruit drinks. What's not to love, lol?

I always like coming here when I am around because they never miss. I always had a pleasant experience. The people here are nice and friendly. They're patient and makes sure everyone is satisfied. The froyo are tasty! But I always end up getting the original tart because it honestly goes well with every topping. Whether it's sweet or savory, it goes well with anything! It's a great place for everyone and there is also plenty of parking around!

Came to Pinkberry for their Barbie froyo and it didn't disappoint! The dragonfruit and strawberry were a good, tart combo. A little sad though that the sprinkles don't look like the ones in the picture, but it added a nice crunch (different texture) to the froyo. Also received good and quick service here!

My girlfriends favorite ice-cream/yogurt spot. The pomegranate flavor is sweet and tart!

If you're looking for froyo this is the place to go around here. I do prefer this over yogurtland. The quality is better and price is on par. They have limited flavors but they are good for the most part. It is not self service and they will scoop for you. Scoop size seems consistent. It is a small store location so there might be a line out the door but won't take too long to order. No real seating area inside besides outdoor seating or take it to go. No restrooms. Plenty of parking in the lots around the mall.
