It was nasty and not fresh at all , I’ve been to the one in San Francisco which was delicious. The one in Palo Alto was not a stand alone it was one place serving 10 different restaurants

Love the sandwiches here, especially the flipped chicken one. The salads are great and the dressing is delicious.The fried chicken dinner was great too, though the biscuit was a bit dry (still tasty though). The sauce it was served with was super good and spicy.It’s a little pricey but they have a decent rewards system and often send coupons via text if you sign up. It’s probably the best chicken you can get late night in the peninsula, and the location is pretty easy to get to. Plus I love that you can get anything from their multiple in-house restaurants in the same order. Would definitely recommend!

They do not make the famous chicken salad the main proposition chicken branches do. Dressing is different as well and not as tasty. Wonder why it's so different? Weird.

Just had the flipped chicken sandwich. It was very, very salty deducting two stars. The proportions were otherwise good and the sandwich hot so leaving three stars.
