Sure enough, it is an American-flavored pearl, not Taiwanese-flavored.
Forgot our order, then lied about someone stealing our order. We were watching the entire time, nothing like our order had been put out for pickup
The ice cream is really bad…. It is not creamy, and the staff gave me my order wrong twice. $7 for ice cream . It is super sweet as well! Not worth it
Trust the low rating; this place is not good and expensive

Really awful matcha latte. I can’t speak as to the other offerings in the menu but my drink was lukewarm and not properly foamed. It was thin and watery.
Having the fruit juice

A restaurant located in the Stanford Mall area. BBQ Korean steak rice with poached eggs and Brussels is delicious.
I ordered the Kyoto matcha float and it was so disgusting. The green tea was extremely watered down and there were still frozen ice bits in the soft serve. The matcha soft serve was very mediocre and almost tasteless. I was shocked the girl behind the counter served this and thought it would be acceptable.

You pay 7.65 for an ice cream which is half the size shown in their picture. Won’t come again.

P good but nothing crazy
Rabbit Rabbit Cream is located in Stanford Shopping Center, near the side of Restoration Hardware, facing the street parking lot (so it's easy for quick access if needed). This is an almost human-less shopping experience. Order on one of the iPad-like devices outside (or 1 on the inside), get a text your order was received, and then magical humans behind a small opening make your order and you get another text that the order is ready for pickup.
As others stated, shop is small. I don't particularly love the outside kiosks. On a sunny day (any summer day here really), the glare on the devices is really strong and it's difficult to read the menu. Also, the devices seem to lag so it is not a quick order process.
The ice cream itself is tasty. I'm not sure what's all in it because the plain one is dairy-free ... and tasty... but since the other ice creams have caffeine, for kids, I want the plain one and don't know what's all in it.
The teas are tasty. Note that if you get toppings but ask for zero sugar, their toppings are SUPER sweet (even just plain boba which usually comes sweetened but this is way more than usual sweetness).
