Kids love the Instagram wall. The parfaits and soft serve are yummy. While the drinks are just OK(tea slightly bitterer than I prefer and not the biggest fan of their strawberry buckwheat), their boba texture is the right chewiness level. Extremely kind staff remade a parfait after my kiddo dropped hers. It made her day.Dietary restrictions: They have oat milk for people with dairy allergiesKid-friendliness: Caffeine free options for kids include drinks are parfaits and soft serves

You are made to order at a self-service kiosk, and they add a 'convenience' fee for the benefit of doing their job for them. A person behind a wall that you can't see hands you your drink through a hole when it is ready, and even though you are literally the only person there, they don't say thank you or even respond to you when you say thank you to them.I ordered the 'recommended' dairy free creamer for my Thai Tea, and it was honestly one of the worst Thai Teas I have ever had the pleasure to also pay 7 dollars for. If the drink is good, you put up with the cost and poor service, but what does this place even offer other than a cute little decor?

Extremely slow. Not enough staff to run this place. The ice cream is just okay.

Ordered the Guava milk tea with almond jelly. I've never seen guava in milk tea but it was pleasantly sweet and creamy. It's not quite like true guava but it's nice if you're looking for a uniquely flavored tea. You order on a kiosk and orders come out through an adorable bunny shaped window!

After shopping and walking around for some time, a drink would be nice! I stopped by this location and ordered from the kiosk. I ordered a total of four drinks but only one of them is mine. I got "Japanese Buckwheat" iced tea. I must say I liked how refreshing it was. Lightly sweet. My only complaint is that we waited a while until we received our orders. There was only one employee working. I'd stop by again and try their milk tea selection. Cute store, rabbit theme. The ice cream wall is prefect for a photo op. The ice cream wall can use a cleaning/wipe down though.

Came here right before they closed but thankfully they were still willing to serve us! However, this place was just meh for me. Got the matcha and milk tea soft serve, which I felt was pretty underwhelming. The tea flavor wasn't very strong and the ice cream had a more icy consistency rather than smooth and creamy. Didn't feel very much like soft serve to me or look like the pictures I saw on Yelp! :(Ambiance is clean and cute inside, but don't think I'll be back.

I understand the vision of the tea float, but unsure about the execution. The buckwheat soft serve itself was good: not too sweet, the flavor of the roasted buckwheat comes through. The tea base, however, was just average and actually takes away from the ice cream. The grass jelly tasted too medicinal.

Terrible ice cream and overpriced. I got the dairy free soft serves and I could only stomach a few bites before feeling sick to my stomach and having to throw it away. My husband got a sundae with boba bits in it and felt disgusted by it as well. I was very disappointed as I've heard good recommendations but it definitely let us down. The only redeeming quality was that they serve Manresa bread croissants here, so you're able to even get their favorites in the evening.

Not only is this place so cute, but the dessert is actually also delicious! The soft serve is extremely creamy and flavorful. My personal favorite is the matcha and milk tea flavor. I also love that you can customize all the toppings. You order at the kiosk and they will call your order when it's ready. This place can get pretty busy during the weekends.

Tried this place out because it looked welcomin, there was no line when I was there, and my friend and I were both wanted something to stave off the summer heat. We shared a guava iced tea and buckwheat chocolate soft serve cone (non-dairy). I was impressed by the chocolateyness of the soft serve since I am not big on chocolate, so I was surprised I enjoyed this item as much as I did. Extra toppings are pricey and not that necessary so I would say stick to the soft serve only when you get it so you don't waste your money. The tea was bland, didn't taste of guava at all, and I should have asked the workers how sweet they make their drinks since by default, I order 25% sugar. The drink was only tolerable because it was cold, but if I come back, I would have to order with more sweetness and try one of their signature drinks.

The chocolate soft serve tasted nasty. Tossed it after one

Do not try the D Pink Guava iced tea. Tastes horrible at least for my liking. I had to literally throw it after my third sip. We tried Passion fruit green tea with boba and it was alright.

TL;DR: - not the best soft-serve in the bay area but it serves as an aesthetically pleasing place to visit for a quick photo shoot with their soft serve ice cream wall and bunny-shaped service window parking:- plenty of parking as it's located within the outdoor mall of Stanford wait time:- there are several self-ordering tablets within the store ambiance:- cute and whimsically bunny-themed ice cream establishment food:[Good to Try Once]- iron buddha + matcha combo soft serve: it was an interesting milk tea taste that was good to try once
