Got the edamame and standard Tonkotsu. Delicious - warm, thick broth. Lots of umami and salt but if you think it's too much get a side like edamame to balance it out. Great staff, international, professional, friendly.
For atmosphere, I mean it's a small space you're not going to be completely immersed, but they nailed it with what they have. Music also not too loud and more skewed toward bass than high pitch, so it doesn't make conversation difficult....

Omg! Just what the doctor ordered. The Spicy Ramen was so flavorful without being too spicy. We tried the Takoyaki and it was delicious! The sauce on it is so good! Definitely one of our new favorite restaurants!
