A pretentious over priced restaurant with terrible service If you want to dress up and people watch and be seen this is a good place If you want lunch, pick somewhere else The noise level also precludes a normal conversation, definitely not a place for a business meeting
Andrew was incredible! The experience is always amazing but when you have someone who is so talented like Andrew it makes you want to come back over and over. Thank you for making my best friends birthday so special 💕
First of all, the dining room at RH is absolutely beautiful. I don't think that I have seen a more beautiful dining room. The staff is very well trained and full of smiles. Food is presented very artistically and is delicious. I had ordered lobster roll. It was artistic and delicious. Can't wait to return Sally Porter
It was good food and very interesting place but the noise level was so high. It was hard to have any kind of conversation.
Food is good. We had the lunch weekday menu. Unfortunately the kitchen was a bit slow today though when the food finally came out, it was perfect. To make up for the delay, they comped us truffle fries and the caramelized banana split dessert.
Beautiful restaurant Perfect for lunch as glass walls allow seeing the scenic view from the rooftop. Sound level was good as you hardly heard other tables. After lunch you can stroll outside and relax on their sofas and watch the views. Salads were very tasty with lots of avocados in the mix. The banana split dessert was outstanding with the bananas covered with a creme brûlée like topping. Only complaint...had to ask for water glass to be filled when emptied.
Quality food, friendly service, beautiful ambience - overall a great experience, especially for special occasions.
Ambiance and service is amazing! Sadly, the issue was my dish. I hear good reviews about the brunch dishes, but my food was very disappointing. I didn't check the review like I usual do on the dishes since I already heard good things, but I regret it. The toast was burnt and the egg was nothing special. The bacon was okay. The potatoes were perfectly crispy around the edges. Everything else was great like my cortado. I still plan on going back for the pancakes, based on my friend's review.
Beautiful setting but, very loud. We were shouting to each other at a table of four the whole evening. Also, unsettling to see hostess cleaning tables with packages of antiseptic wipes while we were eating.
I had a very disappointing experience for my birthday brunch. The service was very slow taking almost 30 mins for our brunch to come out. Also my bacon was burnt and I was unable to eat it. We decided not to have a dessert but the waitress did not mention a complimentary dessert for my birthday until we had already paid the check and were walking out. We went back to sit and wait for 15 mins for the dessert that was just fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Overall felt like the ambiance was beautiful, food was ok, but the service was terrible. Don't think we will be returning.

Lovely brunch in a beautiful space, but it just got noisier and noisier. Pretty hard to hear our table mates
We were very impressed with how beautiful the restaurant was. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing! We started with the Rose Spritz and Cappelletti Spritz. They were both very refreshing. Appetizer was the burrata with charred bell peppers/crostini. Amazing! Main dishes were Chinese chicken salad and grilled shrimp & vegetable salad. Everything was cooked perfectly. Also added the amazing truffle fries. We loved everything about this restaurant and the food. Victor was our waiter and was very attentive as were other staff. Highly recommend and would put this on a regular rotation.
First - our server was excellent. No issues with that at all. I'm a bit disappointed that a restaurant of this caliber in Palo Alto has no real vegetarian entree options as one of my guests was veggie. My salad was overdressed and lacked taste. The price of the salmon on my salad was totally unreasonable and was under seasoned. Desserts are good and the lobster roll is always a winner. This is my 5th dining experience here and was not up to par.
This was the second time I went there. First time was pretty good overall. Second time was terrible. Our sever didn't get our order right, on top of that they didn't informed us about the 92.00 dollars cake cutting fee. Aside from this, the ambience was beautiful but service need improvement.
Horrible service. The only person who was kind and welcoming was the hostess. We got one drink our appetizer then opted to leave and get dinner elsewhere where we felt welcome and more comfortable. The atmosphere is unmatched it is so beautiful so it is so unfortunate the service is the way it is.
