Our waiter was friendly and wasn't too overbearing. We ended with the creme brulee and my wife's was runny as compared to mine. The mashed potatoes had too much horseradish in it and was inedible. Service was A+ as always.
We went to Rick's on Main for the first time yesterday because we were given a gift certificate. It was a very nice experience. The service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. There was a good amount of choices on the menus, the food was great, delicious and the atmosphere was very nice. We look forward to going there again.
Ricks is always a fan favorite with our family. In the cold months it is lovely to go eat lunch by the fireplace and in the summer we enjoy lunch out on the patio. The food is always perfectly prepared and the staff are all kind and enjoyable to be around. highly recommend Ricks!
Wow! Ordered a custom ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and it was amazing! Exactly what we wanted and my boy was thrilled over it. He wanted Donald Duck’s face on the top. Idk who ended up being in charge of that part but whoever it was is talented. Not only did it look fantastic, the cake and ice cream were delicious (vanilla cake with strawberry ice cream) yum! Thank you so much in helping make my son’s birthday the best it could be🙏
We've had dinner here a number of times and it's always very good and consistent. Love the high top tables, but we were seated right next to the outside door on a very cold night. With the door opening every couple of minutes, it was cold and a major distraction. Just suggest on cold nights, make sure you get a different table.
Fantastic ice cream with an old-school, authentic taste, elevated by classic flavors like pistachio and saffron. In our opinion, it’s still the best ice cream in Northern California—even though it has slightly changed direction since the ownership change. Friendly local staff are always smiling and welcoming, which keeps us coming back.
I was a little disappointed with a $5 ip charge fir gluten-free pasta. Almost every dish had pasta, so there was no real good gluten-free option.
We had excellent service and the food was amazing. We had banana pepper dip, filet with potatoes and carrots. Ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. cheese cake for dessert.
Once again the food, service, and ambience was wonderful at Rick's. We had the banana pepper dip, wedge and caesar salad, the filet mignon, and the Wild Mushroom Chicken Tortelini. They were all excellent. We enjoyed the seasonal drink: White Christmas and a Corona. We even took home dessert (the salted caramel Chocolate Pecan cake) to enjoy later that evening. Another fabulous meal at Rick's.
Pork chop and steak was excellent! Service was very attentive and the ambience was calm but energetic without being too noisy.

Careful walking in the restaurant... there are a lot of uneven floors and it's not well lit
Ricks always exceeds expectations. Place was so busy, but the service and staff were 100% on point. Pleasant, food had no delay even though place being beyond full. Don't hesitate to go for any occasion.
Great service, warm and cozy ambiance. Well decorated for Christmas. Expensive. Food was good, but not great, especially for the price, but I know prices have gone up everywhere. Valet parking was wonderful on the snowy night we were there.
My cousin and I enjoyed a lovely, delicious Christmas lunch in this beautifully decorated restaurant. The food was good, and service excellent.
Great meal and fantastic service. My wife had the Chilean sea bass special and I had the Wagu 16oz strip which were each delicious and perfectly prepared to our liking. Sarah our server was attentive super firendly.
