One of my favorite places for really good Mexican food. Both the food and beverages are excellent and unique. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Can’t miss!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Best part was the tequila shot and beer -- no complaints on the bar. Food was good, nothing special. Onions: if you are allergic, beware -- they made my tacos without onion but the salsa still had onion (not just the pico but the roasted salsa too which because it had been cooked hard had the allergy part cooked out but I was still cautious a new item for me)

Truly terrible service. Waited 15 minutes for water, then had to ask two waitstaff before finally getting it. Asked two different waitstaff for paper menus, also took 10 minutes to get. After we finally managed to order after asking multiple times if we could do so, we got all four dishes within about five minutes, on a table that definitely couldn't accommodate all the dishes.

This place is so good. I'm always pleasantly surprised with my drink order and the food. The mezcal poor for the drink of the moment was also delicious. Will come again.

Was really excited to try this place until I sat down and realized that all their menus are in spanish. I felt that was ridiculous tbh lol.

My daughter really wanted Tacos for dinner and we are staying at the VA tonight. This place had really good reviews and I was going to order online. But their webpage didn't say they had chicken tacos. So I called to order to go and the lady who was taking the order had a terrible attitude. I ordered the Birria Tacos $13 with rice and beans $2 and chicken Tacos which should be around $12 or $13. She quoted me at $45. I said whoa why is it so expensive. She thought I wanted a full side of rice and beans which I guess is about $6 each. I told her on the webpage it says $1 additional each. She then said $34 and I was trying to ask her how long and again why so much, she hung up on me before I could even ask how long. When we got to the restaurant I had asked the guy why it was $34; that it should be closed to $27. The lady came out and said in a very rude tone "I told you why it was so expensive" She gave me the receipt and she walked away. When I got the receipt it had $3 for the consome and also a labor charge. I looked this up and it states: In California, restaurants are allowed to charge a surcharge to offset their operational costs, including labor, food and other expenses. However, the surcharge must be clearly disclosed to customers in advance, either on the menu, the bill or by other means, such as a posted sign. The lady did not inform me on the phone of the surcharge or the extra fee for consome. Most places do not charge extra for that. The consome tasted like watered down, unsalted beef stock. Disgusting, went down the toilet. The Birria was like dry pot roast not flavorful at all. Had to drown it with lime juice just to get some flavor. Was the same with the chicken, not flavorful at all and had to drown in lime juice. Tacos from Taco Bell are so much more flavorful. The rice was supposed to be some "creamy rice"... it was just about 1/4 cup regular white rice. The beans were a black beans smushed, no flavor.

The atmosphere is a bit odd here - not a bar not a full restaurant. But the food is yummy , margaritas are good& the service staff was all helpful. If you have a group bigger than 4 it might be hard to seat so call ahead. Also for the price point does not match the ambience and food but for PA it’s a good option for low key dining.

I love their drinks they are super strong and tasty, the server was nice but she didn't tell us it's extra and charge us for adding spice (it doesn't say that on the menu) but she adjusted it after we called her out. Make sure you clarify additional costs at this place when ordering. Love the ambiance though good date night or group activity

The food was delicious, the skinny margarita off the charts. In addition, the wait staff was amazing, very attentive! Small and can get loud but overall, a great dining experience.

I came with a large group from work. I had the birria tacos which came as two huge tacos and some consume! The tacos were a little greasy but really yummy and really filling . I do wish there was more consume. One thing I didn't like was the seating. We were a group of ~12 and we were all seated outside on small barstools on a high table which was really uncomfortable seating for eating dinner. If the purpose was to pressure me into leaving sooner it for sure worked!

The food and cocktails were great. Service was friendly and fast. For excellent casual dining, this is a perfect place. I would love to go back and sit outside in their parklet. Unfortunately, it was too stormy when we were there.
