I look forward to the Mitchell's ice cream at Scoop, and a HUGE variety of flavors. I stop by whenever I visit Palo Alto (from up the Peninsula).
All of the employees (except one who plays such obnoxious music that even I won't go inside the store) are exceptionally nice and helpful.
Otherwise, the music played in very entertaining and appropriate.
And they DO give samples! But not until after you buy, and they call it something else besides a sample.

What fabulous ice cream! Super nice owners, allowed multiple samples - each sample was so scrumptious, I had trouble trying to make up my mind! Finally decided on Espresso Toffee Crunch in a freshly made waffle cone. Yummmmmmy! Can’t wait to go back and try other flavors!
