Shake Shack Stanford Shopping Center

This is easily the worst Shake Shack location I’ve ever been to. In the span of 3 months, I have ordered food from Shake Shack four times via DoorDash, and they forgot to include the shake sauce 4/4 times. At this point I think they are doing it on purpose. Their employees are either lazy, or they just don’t care. Regardless, this type of service is unacceptable.

Went to another shake shack in Southern California, this one was very good but I personally would go to the Southern California one since this was my first experience in the north. Staff were friendly however, didn’t greet us when we came in and the table was slightly oily and had crumbs from previous customers that were not cleaned up. I did enjoy the burger but it was not the best experience that I got from the Southern California ones.

Served by Leo and Brian, a couple young guys that seemed eager to please customers, they were very nice and accommodating often coming to check on their customers to make sure things were ok. Having done work on the place while under construction I had not yet been back to try it out till now and I wasn't disappointed. Prices were fair for what it was. Meat cooked medium rare as I asked which is hard to get most places like this to do.
Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Another plus.

Great staff. Always kind and friendly, helpful. The staff responded well to technical issues with the order kiosk system and I was very happy with their communication and promptness.

I ordered bacon and avocado on my burger and didnt recieve the bacon in it. It was a little disappointing because I paid extra for it and didn't realize it didnt have bacon until I got home. Most devastating day of my life💔💔💔

Used to love this place and their shroom burger, food quality has deteriorated so much that I’m no longer sure if I would be returning.

Not returning. A crew of about 6 but had to use the kiosk as the only option. Hamburger meat was bland and dry. Order was to eat in. Food for three was delivered stacked on one small tray without napkins. Ordered two drinks, one large Coke and one large Coke Zero. None of the plastic cups were marked so no idea which one was which. Went to counter for assistance with the Cokes. Server pour one of each from the fountain in a water cup to see if he could show me the difference, which, to his surprise, looked the same. Then he stated why do I not just taste them. We are an unrelated party, and I did not desire to test. Also, there is a reason why one is diet. No one, except one, could figure out how to resolve this or even what the problem was. Finally, the one crew member poured new drinks. Really a bad experience. This was my first time at Shake Shack.

Ordered chicken bites on DoorDash that came completely covered in bbq sauce when they were delivered. The bbq sauce that comes on the side was in tact and outside of the container of chicken bites

Order the macaroni and cheese, The texture is off, The flavor is off no flavor my kids said yuk.
Fries were okay.
The cherry lemonade with explosive boba was good.
$20 for three items

Horrible experience here. We waited close to an hour for our order. When it finally came they gave us beef burger instead of veggie burger. And took another 15 min to get the right one. Food was mediocre. Fries were cold. Never coming back

Really great! Like the one in Madison Square Park, but without the aggressive squirrels. Burgers and shakes were amazing. Friendly workers, a little slow, maybe order ahead next time

Pricey, long line, but friendly staff. I have had better burgers. I would still prefer in-n-out if they were around - because with the same amount of line at least I would have Driven through line and less moist butgers
