Pretty standard for a Shake Shack, but that’s a good thing. Service was solid, the staff were friendly, and the food was as good as always.
Be sure to stop by when they are running a promo. Getting two hotdogs for the price of one always makes the meal taste even better.

Dubai chocolate shake, 3.5/5: pretty good cup for the price compared to other places, just didn't taste as much pistachios in the shake and it melted rather quickly

I was at the Palo Alto location, delicious, their hot dogs extraordinary. Different and tasty hot dogs, and on top of that, watching sports, the atmosphere was very calm and pet-friendly.

Tables are dirty. They don’t wipe their tables between customers. We have to wipe our own table from previous customer use even when the place was 80% empty. 5pm June 24
