We were at this Shake Shack late afternoon on a weekday. The fries were good, burgers OK but buns flat, and flavored lemonade drinks were mostly ice - sigh. There was no sign of people working anywhere but behind the counter the 30 minutes we were there so we tidied up our own booth before sitting down.
Parking: This is in a separate building than the main mall so access is easy and you can readily park outside without dealing with the parking structures.

Smash burgers are a favorite of mine— they're delicious, with a crispy, flavorful crust and juicy inside. However, they can be a bit greasy, and unless you opt for a double patty, the meat flavor can get a little lost. I personally love them, but I know they're not for everyone. Many people don't give them a try, but if you're into burgers, l'd definitely recommend giving them a shot, especially if you're a fan of rich, indulgent flavors.
