just came upon this little confection shop its amazing all the different flavors, all the chocolate was so amazing, shekoh herself was at the counter she was so gracious and helpful will defintely go there alot

Was excited to try Shekoh but was extremely disappointed. I bought a Hazelnut Truffle that didn't have even a hint of hazelnut flavor. The texture of the truffle itself was also very gummy. NET/NET: Pretty to look at but otherwise not even close to worth $4.09 a truffle. Happy to pay that and more were it worth it.

Although the specialty here is visually gorgeous and delicious hand crafted chocolate confections, this place serves first rate espresso drinks. Their cappuccino is five stars. Once they obtain their liquor license it will expand into serving food. It’s owner/designer used to run Chocolat (sp?) in Palo Alto which closed years ago when the landlord would not renew the lease. They had an amazing unique pizza made with filo dough. We may see this delicious pizza return to University Ave. Stay tuned. Very cheerful beautifully lit venue. Nice design. You must try it.

I picked up a box for a gift and another box for us to try. The colorful pieces didn't inspire me much because I am so used to the chocolates colors. But after tasting one, I couldn't stop trying the next one and all of them were excellent. We will be back for sure with more chocolates here. This place is totally underrated. Perfect gift idea!

Delightful experience. We got two passion fruit chocolates ($9 total) that had the purest fruity liquid inside. The staff was so fun to talk with, too. Definitely recommend stopping by after a meal on Cal Ave for a lovely dessert!
