Got a text saying I can get a free cupcake. I arrive after 30 min in traffic to be told they ran out. Dumbest marketing campaign ever. They are just pissing off customers. I’ll never go back.
Love Sprinkles cupcakes!!! They are always so fresh & tasty. They are irresistible! Whenever my family has a birthday, we always get Sprinkles. Look at the custom writing you can get on 1 dozen. It’s the cutest🥰❤️🧁🎉
They have one in Dallas, it's very good and nice. Don't pass it up. Very quality chain of food. You will not see a better size cupcake for its price. The staff are above par for a chain and they don't screw around. I don't know if they have other chains nationwide but I don't see any reason not to pass a place like this up. The red velvet is their biggest seller or the caramel.
I tried dark chocolate, the cake part of the cupcake is extremely crumbly and dry as if it is 1 week old, the frosting is too sweet even the dark chocolate one. Not enjoyable at all.
Shayla did a wonderful job accommodating our individual needs for a birthday cupcake as well as purchasing a sugar-free cupcake and the new lemon meringue cupcake. She was very patient with us and informative on our choices and attended to us right away. Very pleasant atmosphere and of course outstanding cupcakes!
Sprinkles Palo Alto is a must-visit destination for delicious cupcakes! Their cupcakes are consistently fresh, moist, and perfectly frosted, with a wide variety of flavors available. My personal favorites are the Red Velvet and Vanilla Milk chocolate cupcake.
The ATM cupcake machine adds a fun element for satisfying quick cravings.
It’s definitely worth a visit for anyone with a sweet tooth!
Amazing cupcakes! Moist!!! Red velvet and chocolate marshmallow are my favorite!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this salted caramel cupcake as I strolled through the shopping center 😃

They closed early! 1/25/25 closing shift. The worker confirmed they close at 9 and I’m looking at my phone say 8:52! Then they just ducked under the counter and popped up to see if I was gone then popped back down. As I see the cupcakes on the rack! So silly!

I was never really a super fan of cupcakes until sprinkles came along. The ogs. Their dark chocolate, and red velvet are amazing. It’s like eating a frosted cake and truffle at the same time if that makes any sense. These seasonal and pretty much all their flavors are worth a try since they use high quality ingredients and are baked fresh. Frosting shots are just another reason to visit.

Never again. I tried the Miyokos seasonal cupcake and it was hollow inside and undercooked! This is definitely the last time I ever buy Sprinkles. It used to be such a fun treat and cute shop but the quality and service are no more. $66 for a dozen cupcakes and the quality is no longer there. You order from a kiosk, human interaction is only when they hand your order, and they no longer provide wooden utensils or napkins when we went. What a waste of time and money.

They should change the way they sell at the counter, I don't like that you necessarily have to buy on the screens or tablets they have there, and the employees are just looking at you, people gather around them and they only watch, since they buy through of its tablet system is somewhat cumbersome for customers and even more so that its machine program is very laborious to make the purchase

These cupcakes were baked with passion, and they were excellent. I greatly appreciate the two ladies that took care of us; it was our first trip, and they gave excellent customer service!

Sprinkles general quality and cupcake selection has really gone downhill. This was an original cupcake shop and they seem to have lost their way. The quality isn’t what it used to be and it;s crazy that 1 cupcake is almost $7. No ROI. I think the days of Sprinkles cupcakes are gone.
