Meh - stood in a daunting, yet fast moving line to order via kiosk -received the order by someone screaming my name so cant say its the most pleasant of experiences, no one to ask any questions of as the individuals working the establishment simply box items and hand off, nothing else - I'm vaguely ok with this concept of zero customer service bc lets face it - its 2024 and service kinda left the room during covid. Cupcakes themselves, overall 2 stars - found them to be dry, somewhat flavorless, crumbly and not that appetizing - most certainly for the price point of 5.50 per item - overall a meh or eh kind of experience but in reflection I won't go back and wouldn't ever eat a sprinkles again (based on this experience) as its not worth the calories

I honestly don't get the hype. Tried it for the first time ever today and was highly disappointed. First off $5.35 for one cupcake is outrageous, I ordered the Sprinkle cupcake as how can you go wrong with classic funfetti. Apparently you can go very wrong. It was so dry and lacking of any flavor. It was a waste of calories to try this cupcake. The frosting was okay but overly sweet for my taste but atleast it had some kind of flavor unlike the cake itself. Would never recommend or try this locatiom atleast again. You are better off with buying cupcakes at Safeway.

The chocolate cupcakes were a huge miss for me (would not recommend).Black and white cupcake (2/5): This one lacked much flavor. The chocolate base had an unusual bitterness that wasn't enjoyable and just tasted off.Dark chocolate cupcake (1/5): The ganache on this one tasted strange, almost like candle wax. The base was the same as that of the black and white cupcake. However, I've heard better things about some of their non-chocolate flavors, so I might try one of those if I visit again.

Selma and team are the best! Did a fabulous job with last minute birthday cupcakes at the end of the day - thank you!

I took a bite of the cupcake and it was very stale and dry (definitely not fresh). I went back into the store and informed the worker of the quality and she told me that it was fresh (even after I showed her how dry the cupcake was). She didn't offer a new one and have me an "oh well" attitude. I then asked her to throw it away. The service was poor and the worker had no people skills.

The last time I went to sprinkles cupcakes I got six cupcakes and it was super expensive and all the cupcakes were dried out! They were not fresh! I ordered two chocolate with marshmallow filling and even with that it was dry because they put a teaspoon of filling in it. I also got two caramel and the frosting was hard like all the other cupcakes. Guess what! They were so bad I forgot what the other two were! I'am never going here again and by the way there was only one person in the whole establishment it was a Wednesday when I went. Maybe that has something to do with it!

I love Sprinkles LA. Anywhere else seems to be just ok. My fave has always been red velvet. Tried the cookie cupcake and it was super rich. The cake portion was super good but the frosting was so rich and just became too much for the muffin. Def want to go back and try other flavors though.

I love Sprinkles, but they NEED to add mini cupcakes at least by the dozen for bulk ordering. I always want to order from them, but end up going to the bundt cake place or other bakeries that sell bulk mini cupcakes.
