Food was amazing!! Have had salads, entrees, fries, and soups here. It's so good! Service is a little slow and decor is casual and nice. Give it a try you will be hooked

Very good spot for breakfast. We had the Eggs Benedict Chelsea and the chicken & waffles both were really good. The portions were generous, and everything was delicious. For the price, it’s honestly a great deal. They also offered a complimentary cinnamon bun, which was also really tasty. The place is beautiful and clean. No wait time on Saturday 11 am.

This our weekly takeout for salads. They have a great selection and will readily make substitutions.

I don’t know why I haven’t tried their soup before ( I got the lentil curry soup and i am coming back)+ avacado toast— really good!! Excited to check different items as well.

Ordered the Papa’s Spicy Dumpling Soup, Falafel Salad, and Mississippi Mud Pie. The dumplings and broth in the soup were SO flavorful, the falafels were bursting with flavor, perfectly baked and seasoned, and the mud pie was not too sweet, the perfect blend of richness and creaminess!

The shakshuka was pretty good, but the chicken & waffles and the eggs benedict was just okay. Perhaps the custom salads would have been better (and easier/faster for them to prepare).

Highly reccomend for a satisfying meal.

Sprout Cafe is delicious and most important, consistent for many years now. Their menu offers an array of quality food.

Ingredients are high quality and worth the value.

I like their restaurant mostly for lunch but dinner is well-done too.

New perk is seating outdoors. Keep it up, Sprout Cafe!

The service is the least favorite part of this place for me. I eat here regularly, and my experience is usually better when I order takeout. However, whenever I dine in, things tend to get mixed up. Today, they assumed my order was for takeout, and it took 20 minutes to prepare a salad, even though the cashier said it would take 10 minutes. Additionally, my burger was nearly raw. I’m not sure why they don’t hire someone dedicated to handling orders, especially during the busy lunch hours, instead of relying on the already overwhelmed kitchen staff.

Honestly, best lunch spot in PA! Great prices, always fresh, amazing staff - way better than Sweetgreen if you are craving salad. Custom salads are between $11-18 and have great options for your protein. Highly recommend
