I love this place. The salads and the sandwiches are so good and fresh with so many options. They also have GF bread options and GF chocolate chip cookies, which I appreciate as someone who is gluten-sensitive.

Everything delicious. We had mofflea, omelette , avocado toast. Ingredients were good quality and fresh. Flavors are really good too.

Located on University Ave just two doors from the popular (and often a line) Sweet Maple , and arguably serving a better variety of menu items for both breakfast and lunch, the delightful Sprout Cafe provides excellent and attentive service. I loved my Chelsea Benedict with avocado and mushrooms, and my partner enjoyed his stack of buttermilk pancakes topped with fresh berries. We shared their signature cardamom coffee bun (like a pull apart or monkey bread) just to try it......
