I ordered a coffee in this morning through online. I didn’t notice it when I first received it, but I later realized that “thank you” was written on the cup in my native language.
I was so tired at the time, and when I found it, I was so touched I almost cried.

My favorite Starbucks in this area. Every staff member is kind, and the manager runs the store very efficiently. This place is quite spacious, great for reading and studying.

Rude and argumentative management. They confused my drink and then got passive aggressive when I asked for the correct one. They didn’t give me the correct drink. First time sth like this happened to me in a Starbucks. Tragic and against Starbucks values. the management should be fired

The drink was great, but the staff seem to be very unhappy, which made me feel bad. Maybe they were just tired from morning peak. I hope Starbucks will do more to make their employees happier. Their employees are their biggest asset and it would definitely draw more customers to this outlet.
