I liked the vibe of Starbucks. The issue is the management is very slow. When my friend asked for an iced matcha latte they took so much time to fix that up. We waited like 20 mins for adding ice into the matcha latte.

Worst service ever I could see in any Starbucks

A bit dingy.

Not sure what vibe they are going after, but as you walk in, you notice very poorly light place with no windows nor any noticeable music to make this lace welcoming to have a cup of coffee.

There were 3 people staffing the place yet the wait was well over 5 min before someone noticed me. Apparently one of them was taking inventory perhaps.

Across the freeway there is another better Starbucks. Head over there instead.

On the plus side, this has plenty of parking.

Never get the orders right and majority of the staff is rude. This locations has gone down in all aspects!

if I had to describe this location in one word it would be BASURA. Yep, straight trash. I have given the location so many chances since it is convenient for me but I can’t and I won’t pay $7 for a garbage cup of coffee…. where they do that at? I will not be back. If you can ask Siri to point you in a different direction.

I've never had a memorable experience ar a Starbucks before, but today I walked in to get a coffee and the cashier was fo friendly and nice it caught me off guard and totally made my day. I did not get her name unfortunately but I can say she was the shortest one from all 3. Hope she gets some type of recognition for doing a great job. The other were good too but she just stood out. ?

Nothing to complain when it comes on to this starbucks free wifi, good ambience, good music and electric outlet for me to keep my device charged. I cant ask for more.

Kid-friendliness: Kids run arou d this place like its a play grpund the place is safe. Though it may not be quiet on school release hours. Lol

Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk have accesss the main door is leveled with the sidewalk so no problem.

This store was extremely unclean when I stopped by. Dirty tables, dirty floors. I ordered an Americano and the puffed eggs bites, these came thrown in a bag without any tray, or way to actually eat it. When asking the barista if I can have a tray or a plate he said, “we don’t offer trays or plates, thanks” and kept on with his work. Very poor location. Would not recommend.
