This is a very loud Starbucks to work in. The workers are all younger and sometimes it feels like they’re at happy hour and not at work. Feels like I am at the market or something. The music is turned up louder than at other Starbucks locations. These combined of course causes patrons to be louder as well. It’s a nice place to work if you have good headphones, and it is the latest-open place in the area. At least it has some outlets, unlike happy donuts across the street.

This store is so bad - they force me to buy something in order to stay in the store

I love this Starbucks. I had a minor issue that really changes the result of my drink and they fixed it! That to me makes me feel valued and Im grateful. THANK YOU☕️.
Is this really how Starbucks responds to a customer who got burned by a coffee your staff handed them? Saying ‘Well, you ordered a hot coffee. Of course it’s going to be hot when you squeeze the cup’ is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable
Don’t order hot coffee here unless you want to be scalded

The staff at this Starbucks looked angry and miserable — I’ve seen free-range chickens with more joy. If you don’t want your day brought down, consider visiting a different location.

Very rude in multiple times; even asked me to walk to the drive through to pick up order, despite I ordered for in-store.

Very poor customer service, i ordered a grande Mango dragon fruit, I was charged twice $5.75, I call immediately. The girl answered the phone and to say the least. Basically I need suck it up.

They’ve come up with this ridiculous new policy that forces you to buy something just to get tap water! Seriously, how is that fair? This is beyond frustrating!

Staff are nice. One of the seasonal beverages was a cherry chai latte, but the foam had dairy in it - the barista got creative and came up with this dairy-free alternative:
Iced Grande Chai Latte
- Soy
- Cherry In Foam
- Cherry Powder
- Nondairy Vanilla Sc Cf
In general their chai lattes are good (most things are a bit on the sweeter side). When I tried the matcha lattes I found that it had an odd slight bitterness to it (on two separate visits), which I haven't tasted at other (non-Starbucks) place, so maybe something to do with the matcha powder they use at Starbucks.

Please please tune down the music a little bit. I’m begging. A little change can make this lovely place more inclusive for neurodivergent people

A Starbucks with its own parking lot and closes late! Good amount of tables and outlets for studying.

A typical starbucks coffee shop. They have a limited parking place. Chairs inside the shop also limited as well. We had to sit outside of the shop.
