Ive been going to this location for a bit now and food and drink here are good most of the time. Sometimes theres a mix up/ watery drinks but thats fine.
What I’m disappointed about though is a guy that took my order (drive through) rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a trenta cup of ice at the drive through window. I do not understand the attitude because a few people I know that work at starbucks says that there’s nothing wrong about asking for ice at the window. To add to that, I said thank you once after asking and another when he gave me the cup. He did not acknowledge it once which tells me he’s trying to subtly be rude.

If you've had a long day at work and want to treat yourself to a Starbucks on your way home, don't stop at this one. Apparently, if you order a venti without strawberries and without ice (because you have sensitive teeth), you pay for the strawberries and you get half a drink. According to the manager, that's Starbucks policy. Very disappointing.
Just did a drive thru run. Ordered a bacon Gouda, banana bread and drink. Drink was good. When I ordered the bread they didn’t tell me they didn’t have any more. When she (girl with tattoos in her neck behind her left ear area) handed me my order, I asked her where my bread was, oh we don’t have anymore but we didn’t charge you for it. Ok, fine. Bacon Gouda was dry with no Gouda and cold. She lacks customer service. I won’t return there.

This is a very loud Starbucks to work in. The workers are all younger and sometimes it feels like they’re at happy hour and not at work. Feels like I am at the market or something. The music is turned up louder than at other Starbucks locations. These combined of course causes patrons to be louder as well. It’s a nice place to work if you have good headphones, and it is the latest-open place in the area. At least it has some outlets, unlike happy donuts across the street.

This store is so bad - they force me to buy something in order to stay in the store

I love this Starbucks. I had a minor issue that really changes the result of my drink and they fixed it! That to me makes me feel valued and Im grateful. THANK YOU☕️.
Is this really how Starbucks responds to a customer who got burned by a coffee your staff handed them? Saying ‘Well, you ordered a hot coffee. Of course it’s going to be hot when you squeeze the cup’ is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable

Don’t order hot coffee here unless you want to be scalded

The staff at this Starbucks looked angry and miserable — I’ve seen free-range chickens with more joy. If you don’t want your day brought down, consider visiting a different location.

Very rude in multiple times; even asked me to walk to the drive through to pick up order, despite I ordered for in-store.

Very poor customer service, i ordered a grande Mango dragon fruit, I was charged twice $5.75, I call immediately. The girl answered the phone and to say the least. Basically I need suck it up.

They’ve come up with this ridiculous new policy that forces you to buy something just to get tap water! Seriously, how is that fair? This is beyond frustrating!
