Owen (?) i think his name is owns the customer service game (cheerful tall blonde guy). He is usually the highlight of my day. Slender tall young hispanic guy is the second runner up but today was weird because the chubby darker young one said “why (is she) referring to me staring inside the store” then he said , “I got your window” referring to the slender one. Insinuating that I was looking inside the store for a negative reason. I was simply admiring the customer service. It was a weird exchange. Like I can hear you. He was so balsy, rude, and frankly it gave Follower energy. He definitely did not pass the vibe check. 😂😂😂 Take notes from the aforementioned employees to learn how to conduct yourself in a professional environment. People can hear you while in the drive thru.

Of all the Starbucks I've been to, this has been the worst service. I ordered a white hot chocolate that they're supposed to serve me hot, but they serve it to me cold. I ended up throwing it away. I'm really disappointed.

We ordered a hot chocolate and they gave us only hot milk. They make there directions to order online (sometimes in person) very difficult to answer. They cannot even do a simple hot chocolate. 1 STARRR!!!!!!!

Yesterday, 11/10/24, at 6:18 pm, my wife and I had a bad experience at the El Camino Real Starbucks in Palo Alto. My wife had the same issue about two months ago with the same person who said she was the manager. This lady was a woman of color.
My wife and I placed our order with the "manager" and my wife double-checked her order through her app and noticed that the "manager" added an extra order of coffee.
We then let her know that she had added an extra order of coffee and that we had placed one order of matcha and one PSL. She then replied, "That's what you ordered, and I can't go back." I then responded, "You need to listen." The manager then replied, "You are very disrespectful." She then approached my wife and me in the pickup area, saying, "I am the manager, and I can ban you." She then added, "You should have asked nicely and I could have refunded you."
My wife had already asked nicely from the start as to why there were three orders instead of two, but the manager had claimed that she could not do anything about it.

Shift leader working night on 10/17 always fights me on my order ? she doesn't have a bad attitude about it but its always "we cant do that" "it doesnt come like that" "we dont serve breakfast at night" when trying to order a honey citrus mind tea, she said it didnt come with lemonade, when ordering oatmeal at night she said she cant serve bc its night time. I was a shift supervisor too and I know the standards and what we can and can't do. Pls train staff better, stopped coming to this location bc of her.

Went to this location due to them being open past 9pm and still had great service, fast and good atmosphere. We did sit outside since we were visiting with family and didn’t want to disturb anybody inside. There was still a good amount of people inside for being after 9:30pm.

It’s not the first time it happens to me that she has a bad attitude and on top of that I pay with my Apple Pay and I literally have to stretch my hand out to be able to pay because the lady will not give me the thing so I can scan my Apple
