My friend was really craving the eggplant in spicy garlic sauce from Su Hong, but I let her know it was now called Suzhe and had new owners. We decided to go anyways as I read the reviews that the food was pretty much the same.Went on a rainy day before noon, and there were only a couple tables taken. Recently reopened after the original owner retired, they offer a solid selection. I went at lunch hour and tried their General Tso's Chicken. As a special it came with sweet and sour soup, a spring roll and choice of white or pork fried rice. Overall it was good and reasonably priced. In the pork fried rice, they used cured ham, which was ok but did not add the fresh pork flavor that I amused to. Service was courteous, attentive and prompt. Complementary pot of hot green...
Came here with some family friends on a weekend! I’ve come here a good amount growing up and I haven’t found it to be the most kind blowing experience I’ve had but it is a decent Chinese food place!
