I went in to pick up my order, politely asked for the bathroom, and the lady making the sandwiches told me that the door handle was damaged, and when I left and went to the car I saw her take out the handle and use it to open the bathroom, definitely sad that not even one as a customer can use a “customer-only bathroom” terrible service, and the sandwich that is “hot” was all cold

Extremely rude staff. Did not ask for sauces, added very little veggies and rolled eyes when asked to add more salt and pepper. Best to skip.

4:17Pm, 1/25/25, woman at the counter pulled her phone out and handled it with gloves on and touched the screen and then prepared to touch my food. Continuously kept doing so in between stages of sandwich prep. This location also doesn't do the meal deal of the day.

Best subway sandwich I’ve had in awhile, they made it perfect.

Rude. Don’t accept coupons. Skimpy on tuna. Nowhere to sit. And when my son went alone he gave him 20 and left the change, they didn’t say anything and when he went back to get a refill they wouldn’t allow him. Too many bad experiences to return. Go to Subway in Midtown much better.

The lady working at the counter is very rude and doesn't know how to work with customers. She was hiding in the kitchen for 10 mins and without any apology she started the order and kept saying there is no cup for water or there is dessert for churo and kept laughing at her own English. Such employees who doesn't know how to treat people shouldn't work here.
