Excellent blue cheese crumble wedge, excellent large portions prime rib cooked & seasoned to perfection, side of creamy spinach excellent, large NY steak not up to par grizzly, over cooked and not prime as expected!Server was fabulous Michelle who could not be any more accommodating and adoreable! Overall service was slightly slow because of mob scene and probably over booking and under staffed! Will return with super positive vibes!40 plus times diner
My husband loved the filet and the Pasilla pepper roasted with cheese and I loved the crab cakes. The waiter was terrific and gave us a slice of mud pie to celebrate my husband's birthday.
The service and food were excellent as always. Sundance, the steakhouse is my number 1 Favorite Pl. to go for lunch or dinner. Alan, David, and all the team are so thoughtful and careful with every thing they do to help us have a great experience 10 stars for Sundance.
We went yesterday on Wednesday, July 30. We proceeded immediately by a lovely hostess. Our server Brandon did an excellent job in making us feel welcome and comfortable and how did great knowledge about the menu. We had a wonderful birthday celebration ending with a lovely complementary dessert with a candle. The filet mignon was delicious and done to perfection. Kudos to Brandon our waiter.
prime rib was TOUGH, baked potato was cold. Been going thwre for 30+ years and was diappointed
Another great meal, as always! We had a young lady with dietary restrictions in our group, and they did a great job of helping her make good choices. The sound can get a little loud on a busy evening, but never offensive. For a high-end steak house, you can't go wrong at Sundance.
Had a great time celebrating my wife's birthday with friends you guys took care of us really well best prime rib around not to mention the mud pie
Nice extensive menu, good food and service, friendly staff. The beef spring roll. Shrimp appetizer are great. One of the best place for prime ribs.
We were pleased with every feature of our dinner. From prompt seating, delicious food & drinks and delectable dessert.
Don't be shocked when I rate it high for value - let me tell you it is-for LUNCH As well as all other aspects are 5 stars

My prior visit to Sundance was over 10 years ago. Reviews were very good. Appetizers were excellent as was the service. The main courses, which included their prime rib specialty were so-so. It was very dark and loud at our table for six and it was difficult to hear the conversation.
The Steak was melt in your mouth wonderful!! Sides of fresh/seasonal veggies and loaded baked potato were equally delicious! Our Server was excellent and very attentive! Bread service was a nice addition as well. Drinks were crafted well and due to it being our Anniversary a scrumptious dessert ice cream sundae was also served! Yummy! The atmosphere was delightful and we would highly recommend The Sundance Steakhouse Palo Alto Los Altos CA
We enjoyed our shrimp dinner and chicken dishes that were both excellent. The servicewas very attentive. I love the wine selections - Etude Pinot was great. My Manhattan was very good as well. The mud pie is a fantastic way to finish the dinner.
Excellent food and excellent service. Fried calamari, aged prime rib, and New England clam chowder are remarkable.
The food is exceptional. They normally acknowledge your occasion, if one is specified on the Open Table Reservation, but ours was not this time. Too bad! I guess 42 yrs of marriage is not worth their time?? Overall, it's still our favorite restaurant in PA!!
