I drive Uber so i travel a lot and try lots of Taco Bells all over the Bay Area and this one EPA T Bell, by far the BEST in terms of how consistent the food is always bomb!!!

Such a darn good Taco Bell. I know that sounds cheesy, but honestly the tacos (and others) are just made so nicely here. They are NOT cheaply made, or sloppy - but rather this place is generous with the ingredients and they just overall know how to make good food. Probably one of the best Taco Bell’s that I’ve been to that consistently has great food. ?
Pro tip: order on the app - there are some good exclusive app deals and you can customize how you want your meal (ie swap chicken for beef, or add chipotle, fiesta strips etc).
Went to go pick up an order that was indicated to be ready. I ordered a taco variety box on Instacart via uber eats. When I got to the speaker for the drive thru the worker had said he didn’t have a mobile order. When I arrived, I saw the taco party pack behind him with the uber receipt—I couldn’t read the name. I showed him the order and address for the order and notification that it was ready. I pointed to the box; he said no. As I’m there at the drive thru window, he proceeds to take another order. As I had to wait in the drive thru line and still more at the drive thru window—I tell him that I have to leave for work. I’m trying to tell him again my pointing to the taco box behind him —he then begins to laugh and looks at another coworker. He says if I can pull over to the parking lot—I tell him no, that the order is indicated to be ready (and has been for some time now). I have never received service like this. I did not leave with my order unfortunately. Very dissatisfied to say the least.
