This is my go to Taco Bell location in this area but tonight the food was horrible. The rice in both of my chicken enchilada burritos almost broke my tooth. I always go during mid day and the food has always been consistent here, except this time around I went for dinner (bad mistake). All the ingredients were stale.

Apparently, you can no longer order food at the counter and are forced to use the kiosk. If they are hiring less humans because they have a computer screen doing it, shouldn’t the food get cheaper?

I drive Uber so i travel a lot and try lots of Taco Bells all over the Bay Area and this one EPA T Bell, by far the BEST in terms of how consistent the food is always bomb!!!
Great place to eat and not a lot of loud noise. Perfect to do some work and the employees are very friendly. Also the manager Jessica is awesome, if you have a problem with your food, she’ll take care of you.
