Tamarine Restaurant & Gallery

Every single dish was very well prepared and delicious. We always have a great experience dining at Tamarine.

We love Tamarine. It has been our favorite restaurant in Palo Alto for many years. The food is consistently spectacular, and the service excellent. Last night the food was also spectacular, and the service very good. Until the end of the evening, when we were basically forced out of the restaurant at 9:30 pm, in what we all felt was a rather abrupt, rough, and inappropriate manner, not in keeping at all with the rest of the refined and subtle experience. It was a rather sour and shocking ending to an otherwise lovely evening.

Every dish we order was fantastic delicious unusual ingredients and amazing. The only trouble is the chicken curry and the shake and beef were not as hot temperature wise as we'd like. Overall, the food was amazing. The service was fine. We were sitting outside, so there was expected street noise, but it was very, very lovely. We celebrated our anniversary.

Service and food outstanding. We followed recommendations and appetizers, main entrees and desserts were 10 points.

We had a nice lunch. Server was prompt and attentive and his menu suggestions were delicious!

We were celebrating a birthday so wanted to make it special. And Tamarine did just that in every service category!!

This was my second time in two years at Tamarine. The first the food was excellent. This time there was no wow factor in the food.

This was our first time dining with you tonight. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. The food is delicious, your wait staff friendly and polite however we were seated at 7:25pm and by 7:45pm had already been served our starters and main courses. We purposely did not order our main courses until after we had eaten the starters and yet we still ended up feeling rushed. It was disappointing.

I haven't been back to Tamarine for 1 yr. Am so happy to have come in with my girlfriend. We enjoyed the shrimp wrap, poke with fried croutons, chillian seabass and brussel sprouts. We washed it down with half a bottle of Sauv Blanc. Wish we purchased a bottle as we had to order 2 half bottles!

Had our anniversary dinner there. Service was excellent and they treated us so well with a nice anniversary card and dessert greeting. The food was of course top notch - as usual.

Excellent Vietnamese food and service in an elegant setting. Ordered way too much food for lunch but we ate almost every bite. Still one of the premier places to dine in downtown Palo Alto.

Never disappoints! The spicy margarita with half black rock salt and half tajin was OUTSTANDING! Will definitely return time and time again. Such a nice treat!

Such a great experience this evening, from the greeting, to the service, only to be outdone by the delicious food! Loved everything.

Food quality and presentation is very good. But it is ridiculous to charge for chilli platter. Not everyone has a palette for bland food. This charge was not there before. So, offer the splice level in the menu when ordering food. I always ask for chilli or hot sauce in all the restaurants I go to.

Awesome food - incredibly creative. Service impeccable and ambience upscale. Amazing for romantic night out to business lunch or dinner. One of my favorite high end restaurants in the Bat Area
