absolutely disgusting. im sorry they served me a moldy elote MOLDY. i paid like 8$ for it. my friend got an elote too and it was sour like both items had gone bad and they still served us. older woman at the cash with the WORST attitude and got mad that we wanted our money back because it ruined our appetite. we gave them the moldy items and they were laughing it was so disrespectful. older woman didnt knew i spoke spanish and was talking about us in front of us. horrible experience. if some items are moldy then you can only expect almost anything could be made with rotten ingredients. got my money back but theres no way im going back. mediocre quesadilla too what a disappointment. dont recommend this place at all.

do not visit this place if you value your health. they need a health inspector visit.

This is a very unhygienic, run down restaurant where people barely know how to cook. The high rating probably comes from people who haven't tried good food. Definitely forget eating in when it's hot as they don't have AC, tables are pretty shabby and the fans seemed useless.

Prices are definitely not worth what you pay. The meat quality is horrible and they have no actual salsa. There are much better quality/ taste to price ratio Mexican restaurants here.

The dude told me all about Taqueria El Grullense Restaurant, he said if you're looking for the best breakfast burrito in the world go to Taqueria El Grullense! The Chorizo is very good, but get the bacon and ask for extra bacon...It was Bombtasticly Taquerialishous! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

I used to like this place and the food was always very good.
Last few times, it was mediocre, and served dry. No sour cream, no guacamole, limes, salsa nowhere to be seen. No jalapeños of any kind. Who likes to eat dry chips no salsa.
On the menu, you must order the guacamole and sour cream extra. The tamales plate was really dry and no flavor without a dollop of the cream. In the past, the food in most places was served with all the good stuff. Now you pay extra I guess.
The noise is incredible. The fans run full blast, but do nothing in a heat wave.

One and done here. I ordered a super quesadilla from the menu above at $11.49 but was charged $12.49 plus tax. Mgr seemed to blame the owners who haven't modified the pricing on their menu and was very annoyed when I brought it to her attention. That's not what I expected. Very bad management, in my opinion.

Today was my third time here, I won't give them another chance, my tacos tasted like the entire menu at the same time, like they've been using the same burned oil for days, what a nasty and horrible experience? had to throw them to the trash and work the entire day hungry (I work in demo and ruffing stuff)

Family owned business and always on point and fresh with their food. Every time I come down to to Stanford, area this is the lunch stop for us. Today's plate asada fries ? ?
