Food:
- Delicious uni ikura cold udon, a bit pricey for the portion.
- Spectacular housemade hojicha creme brulee and large portion

Service was a bit amiss
Compact clean environment

Decent food, but nothing special. The Unagi Ebi Don was ridiculously tiny for a don (and I have eaten quite a few around). The Wagyu Niku Udon had a good flavor, but barely any meat at all. The noodles also felt subpar. At the end of the day it comes down to the price. Overpriced, no doubts. Despite the location being cute and service polite, it just doesn't deliver on what you are paying for.

We do love coming here. Love the spicy rib eye Udon.. (Although the meat portion seems to have shrunk). But whats with the 'Mexican Kitchen' music? Last night it was so loud.Usually when we get there early on a Saturday they change it and lower it as soon as people arrive Last night it was on all through dinner. Great for a Mexican restaurant!

Great food. We got the short rib udon, rolls, and snow crab salad. Unsure why the rating was low.

Hand made udon is pretty good. Niku udon is recommended. Ingredients are fresh. The beef is very high quality. However the duck udon is strongly not recommended. Price is very high but the duck meat is just one bite. I feel I have been robbed.

This was our first visit — and likely the last.

We ordered two bowls of hot udon, with sashimi and gyoza as appetizers. Unfortunately, the appetizers arrived only after we had finished our noodles. At that point, I honestly wanted to cancel them.

The sashimi was not fresh, and the gyoza were tiny with a strong oily aftertaste.
As for the udon, the broth was decent and I appreciated the generous amount of vegetables, but the noodles themselves lacked chewiness and didn’t feel authentic at all.

The staff were friendly, which I appreciated, but if you’re looking for high-quality udon, I wouldn’t recommend this place — especially given the higher-than-average prices.

This restaurant deserves a 5 star review because it has the best chicken karaage in the Bay area. Not only that, the unagi is so flavour fresh and tender. All the food you can see on my plate is a 10! I have never been so satisfied and happy on a meal until I tried their bento box meal. I will definitely come back. They have a very organized, spacious and clean restaurant. The staff are so welcoming, professional and kind.

Was looking for ramen, but found Udon. The chicken Udon is fantastic, a nice rich broth. Great discovery.

This place can be good.

I've been coming here for a while and sometimes the food is incredible, other times the same dish tastes like I'm eating a hockey puck. Same with the service. Sometimes it's great, but frequently our order is wrong, or our waiter forgets about us. If I could, I'd give it both 1 and 5 stars.

The food was ok overall. Poor customer service. The store closes at 9pm but at around 8 they already putting all the chairs up and giving you the bill to pay even though we only sat down for around 30mins.
