Tried the spicy dry pot and the cucumber salad. The salad was crisp, refreshing, and honestly the perfect contrast to the heat of the dry pot. The dry pot had good flavor, but the portion of meat was a little underwhelming, could definitely use more. Overall, still a good experience.

We went to Taste for a birthday lunch with friends and were disappointed. The food wasn’t impressive — the watermelon was old, and the salad should be avoided. When we asked for a candle, the staff replied that they don’t give free desserts — even though we never asked for dessert. On top of that, they automatically added a 20% service charge, which should be up to the customer. Overall, not a place I would recommend.

We took a taxi back from San Francisco just to make it here before closing – and it was worth every second! This is by far the best Chinese food we’ve ever had in our lives. Every dish was perfectly prepared, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The staff was kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re looking for authentic and unforgettable Chinese cuisine, this place is absolutely number one!
