Everything time Iv come to the tea spoon in n Palo Alto I leave feeling so attended too, customer service is definitely not dead in the establishment, I'm welcomed with beautiful smiles this is the best place to get tea spoon drink period đ«°đż
(4.5 stars) Teaspoon is a solid boba place. Iâve gone here many times with friends and will continue going back though this is partially out of convenient location- I wouldnât seek out Teaspoon over other boba places necessarily. They have good fruity flavor options. I like the summer seasonal flavor with passion fruit and watermelon juice (pictured with lychee jelly and boba added). Theyâll accept a reusable bottle you bring in for your drink order. I have had some experiences where drinks have tasted a bit artificial but maybe that depends on how much sweetness you select. My friend did have an instance of all the boba clumping together in her cup last time but I would say this was out of the norm for Teaspoon.
its delicious đ€€đ§
There is only one kiosk to order, and you should probably order ahead. Service takes forever.
Came to pick up at 10:45pm but we were treated very rudely, told to wait outside (again not nicely) and just met with a patronizing tone
Btw someone else showed up right after us, and they were treated fine - and it was somehow okay when they waited inside. Casual racism is not cool
A great place for boba that has rooibos tea for a caffeine free option.
Great service, honey boba was chewy and satisfying. Tea flavor was good but could be a little stronger.
This place is awesome! Drinks are good we had the strawberry colada for my wife and i had the caramel cream boba theyre both good and good service too. For sure weâll be back.
DO NOT take your kids here unless you want them addicted to sugar. Iâm finally posting this review after being repeatedly disappointed by this place and itâs a total rip-off. Itâs unfortunately the only place nearby Midtown forcing kids to go there. My daughter asked for 50% sugar, and they served it loaded with sugar. Places like this are unhealthy, get kids and people addicted to sugar so they can get repeat customers. The staff is always super unfriendly, never smile - and seem pretty stressed.
All the good reviews you see are likely from the sugar high people get from here, and since there is nothing else to compare against nearby.
There are so many other boba places we have found in the bay area that serve better quality, lower prices and with a âsweetâ smile - which is the kind of sweetness we all like.
I tried to get a custom beverage but the staff was just rude and said ânaaaaaahâ when in the menu they have the option, however the drink that I wanted is so common in all the spots so I was surprised he couldnât accommodate my request.

Great spot for a variety of delicious drinks! Teaspoon Palo Alto offers a wide range of drinks with plenty of variety to choose from. While I didnât try anything beyond the drinks, Iâd definitely come back. Itâs a small spot, but the diverse menu makes it worth a visit for anyone looking to enjoy something tasty.
