We booked a private area for 19 people. The food was fantastic, the space was beautiful, and the service was very good. I highly recommend this place for group dining.

Waiters were a little confused by who had us when we sat down, but once that was worked out, the server/service was top notch! My wife and I were to the one in Los Gatos a while ago and my wife joined a friend for lunch at Palo Alto. She demanded we had to go. Food, cocktails, wine were all splendid!

Summary: Unpleasant snooty experience that we abandoned reservation after checked in.

***To be fair, I did not reduce the food rating because I am sure their food is great since my family ate there before.***

We had an 5:30 time reservation for a 'milestone' birthday dinner.
- Check in was meh. Not much of a welcoming greeting. The staff were rather reluctant.
- Finally, we were seated at the table with scorching sun with zero shading. We asked if we can have another table and the response was the 15+ open seating were reserved.
- There was zero effort to offer to move an umbrella or offer another options.

If we had stayed, I probably will have a hard time digesting the meal anyway, so we left. (Not intended but happy to say we enjoyed our favorite ramen and exceptional service at the end.)

I’ve been here a multiple times now and their paella is always so good. The appetizers are great and the salad & everything else we tried were really tasty.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very warm, and the ladies at bar were so sweet. Our server was fantastic and all the workers were very friendly with the customers and with one another, which we loved seeing. Definitely recommend their trio dessert, the churros and the orange mousse were super good. We’ll definitely be returning!

Beautiful restaurant and atmosphere. Food is not good. Paella mixta is very greasy and not flavorful, pork belly in there is tough and stringy. All 4 shrimps in there are NOT deveined and got shrimp poop throughout. Notified server about it and response was “that’s normal”. Sure, it’s natural for shrimps to have poop strings but shouldn’t it be clean out prior to cooking and serving?!?! Chickens also naturally have feathers, am I supposed to be ok to be served a fluffy chicken?
Used to love this place, but now it’s not worth going back anymore. Not to mention the mandatory 20% service charges/tips for mid service.
