The food was fantastic and the presentation with all of it was phenomenal. We had a wonderfully attentive server and enjoyed our meal. We had a number of small plates (paella bomb was a favorite!) and two paellas- both of which were delicious.Unfortunately, the bathrooms were like going into those found in a dive bar. They were unclean, toilet was not flushing in one of the two I tried to use, and toilet paper was propped against the wall. It was really disappointing, most notably because I had very much enjoyed my meal up until this point, but when I saw the state of the bathrooms it made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the place. I was surprised given how much care appeared to be paid to every other part of our experience there. Hopefully this improves in the future!Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for celiac or those who are gluten free
tl;dr. Go somewhere else and use the saved money for a trip to Barcelona, where the food is better and half the price. The day after I got back from Barcelona I was already missing the food, so we went here. It was disappointing. The simplest thing, bread with tomato, was wrong. They prepared it in the kitchen, instead of bringing it to the customer. The paella seemed hastily prepared, as in the menu says allow 45 minutes but it showed up in 15. It was weak in flavor compared to what I had a few days earlier. They also failed to ask about the socarrat and it was too late by the time I could flag down the server. The black paella is a total ripoff. The seafood is two shrimp and two small clams and two scallops the size of a pea. This in a dish advertised as being for two people.

Great place but the manager was incredibly rude.I had recent surgery, standing hurts my foot. I asked to sit while we waited 10 min for them to open (we were having lunch once they opened).I was told yes, then the manager comes out and gives us a hard time over it and was legitimately rude with us. Not what I would expect for a business lunch / venue.

For the Valentine’s Day we booked a table for 2 with a tasting menu. When we arrived on time they said that they don’t have our booking as well as, they don’t have any seats. We were waiting and in 15 minutes we got a spot at the bar. We ordered the big plate, but I would not say it was something special. And unfortunately the shrimp’s were not cleaned properly. This is basically main mistake, 101 ! I know from Netflix cooking shows :) Don’t get me wrong, I did travel to Spain and even Tenerife , they had a way more bigger portion and everything was cooked properly. We ordered some sweets, they were delicious, maybe too sweet personally for me. But this helped to restore the reputation a bit.

Great Spanish food. We ordered six or seven tapas to share. The croquetas were the highlight. Both ham and crab. We ordered a bottle of Sangre de Toro (rosé) that accompanied splendidly.

Celebrated BBF's 70th birthday @ Teleferic Palo Alto. My friend & her hubby enjoyed the food, lively ambience, and the exceptional service from Miguel. They had a great time. It made a memorable impression on both of them.
We really enjoy this place. Nice ambiance, good service, imaginative and visually appealing cocktails, and at 4:45 pm on Friday the service was quick but not rushed. Not an inexpensive dinner but worth it. Oysters and Spanish meatballs for tapas ( yum) and veggie paella. So good!

I’ve been to this restaurant many times; the food is quite tasty, and the cocktails are enjoyable. It’s just that it might be a bit too popular, leading to a little noise – more suitable for gatherings with friends.

Overrated to be honest. Small plates (not talking about tapas). Really small paella for 2. Almost no seafood on it and the rice was burned. The salmon plate extremely small.

Good but pricey tapas for what's Spanish bar food. Paella was OK, nothing special, I would grab another tapas dish next time.
