Tender Greens

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich which was very disappointing. With a batter that I had to try to take off because it was tasteless, and too thick. The staff behind the counter was talking so much with each other that I don't know how they could get any orders completed.
It's pricey for a sandwich without any side, and was less than satisfactory.

The blue cheese / Cobb salad was so salty and chipotle salad was under-dressed but it’s still fresh and yummy :)

Service is terrible and slow. The cashier just walked away and they scrambled for another who didn’t know how to put in orders. Food took extremely long to come out and it wasn’t especially busy.

Dietary restrictions: Everything you may be allergic to, they will omit it from your meal. I love that fact!

Do not order delivery from this restaurant!

I have regularly ordered from this location as my family’s dinner plan, put my phone down, and then come back later to find that they have canceled my order, leaving me to start all over, 30+ minutes late for my family’s dinner.

If you call the restaurant, the person who answers is not even the person who is doing the order canceling, so you can’t ask them why the order was canceled. It’s just gone from their system.

This Tender Greens location needs to audit why they are canceling delivery orders, and make a plan to minimize that going forward. It is happening way too much.

Until then, I don’t recommend ordering from here if you’re counting on that food for a scheduled meal.

Disgusting customer service, it took almost 20 minutes to serve me, the person who served me was racist towards me, being an immigrant, what a crappy business should not be open to the public.

Very bad food. Not at all fresh

Never ever will I order off there website for delivery. It literally took an hour and 25 minutes for the food to be delivered. I called the store and had to speak to 2 different employees to find out why it’s taking so long.
Neither one answered my question.

Ordered at 3:00. Simple avocado toast. Place slow and quiet. They were so busy talking behind the counter that they never brought my food. Had to ask them to make my order. Employee seated next to me having his lunch break said, “they talk to much.” Agreed.
