Service was really good!Purchased a 1/4 bone in ham and King's Hawaiian rolls. The 1/4 bone in ham is big and tastes really good. If you've never had honey baked ham, I'd recommend giving it a try.

Difficult parking, especially in Handicap spot. Why did it only have Apple Pay, which I happened to have? Why Grubhub? I was picking it up. Clerk had hard time locating order.

Every year I buy honey baked for the holidays. This year I couldn't order on line.My address is a PO box, and the new owners of the company have a system that takes only physical addresses. I called to see if I could come in, order and pay then pick up at a later date. After driving to the location and waiting in line, I was told I couldn't order that way. Very frustrating I must say. I then wanted to purchase my specialty mustard (champagne), only to find the new owners dropped that line. Not having a great day.

Had a friend order some food here. Excellent! Had the tri-tip sandwich and tried some of the honey glazed ham with baked beans. Loved it! Good food. Definitely a must try if your in the area

Honey Baked Ham is a time honored tradition that we have been partaking now for years either for family get togethers, just cause or for work events. It's the best type of tradition to be able to enjoy this wonderful treat, year round. I have been to several locations but this one has become my favorite so far, partly because I have discovered the trick to save time and avoid frustration. Its quite simple really, but be prepared, shop early and pick up early. I love their website this year, now they give you an option to prepay or pay at the store. They did an overhaul completely but it's much better and so user friendly. I prepaid and I obtained an email with a QR code that once you go in to pick up your order, they scan. Quick for all, there was only one person ahead of me and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Parking is limited, 9 spots and 1 handicap accessible spot. Keep that in mind the longer you wait for pickup and the closer you get to a holiday....you won't be able to find parking. There is street parking but it's limited too when there is a crowd. I have seen that line circle around and go at least 50 people deep. Service is always exceptional here. Kudos for the people working at Honey Baked, they have to move fast and deal with crowds and those sometimes with the non festive spirit. The taste of the ham is always sooo good. Can't wait to have it during this Thanksgiving holiday!!

I would give this review zero stars if I could. I contacted the company several weeks ago inquiring about how many days in advance to place a catering order. I was told two days. I did just that. I called the store location three times on the day that I placed the order to ask how to choose specific sandwiches on the catering page. I called three times. 2/3 of the three times I was on hold for a very long time then the call was disconnected. The final time I spoke with the manager who what I assume was venting about how the location is understaffed and she cannot accept another order for the date I requested. She also stated how she did not know how to turn off the catering option on the website. Therefore, it is still allowing people to place orders. The manager stated that if people continue to place orders then an order will be "screwed" because they are understaffed. Her comment was very inappropriate to tell a customer that orders will be "screwed" Against my better judgement, I placed an order on the site on Tuesday for 25 sandwiches to be delivered on Thursday of the same week. The order was confirmed by Honey Baked Ham; yet, on Wednesday I received several calls and text from EZ catering stating the restaurant cancelled the order due to lack of staff and ingredients. This is unacceptable and makes the company not reliable. This is the holiday season, so staffing and the availability of ingredients should be at its peak. I am very angry, disappointed, and frustrated.

Not what it once was. Ham is still good. Sides, meah. Turkey an embarrassment.09/23 Update: Got sandwiches. Quality okay, but one worker of the four present doing all the orders, and that worker didn't appear to be completely trained or comfortable. Huge Rum Cake display with samples. When a purchase was attempted, there was none. Someone guessed that there might be some for the holidays. Right.

The sandwiches are amazing!!And it's a bonus that you can take a one pound bag of sliced honeybaked ham home to enjoy sandwiches all week long. Yummmmmmmmmm

Ham was a little dry. Tasted good but drier than the ones I have had in the past Soup mixes are all excellent

The ham was delicious but the stuffing way to salty and the cheesy potatoes like soup!

Hello,Today at 5:48pm PST, my small daughter and I arrived after a long drive to pickup our Christmas ham. We found attendants inside, however the doors were locked. We attempted to get their attention. They looked up, made eye contact and looked back down. I don't want to guess what the reason for ignoring was - but it did not feel right. Please speak strongly to your personnel so this does not happen again. Or modify your business hours to reflect your true level of service. The published hours are till 6pm weekdays. This was a very unfortunate event that I hope other people can avoid - without having to avoid your business. FYI we didn't get to pickup our ham, and I'm not sure I want to go back with my family after that experience.
