The Sea by Alexander's is end-to-end, a really special restaurant. From the valet, to the front desk, to the severs and the manager, everyone is focused on providing their guests a superlative dining experience. The food, of course, is wonderful! We had the hamachi shots (we always do - they're that good!) and the lobster rocks for starters, both excellent and shareable by at least 3 people, the miso cod and petite fillet for mains (again excellent), and haricot verts...
