Great service and always packed. This speaks for itself how good the place is. The sitting area consists of comfy chairs, couches, and high tops to whatever you prefer. Place is also open later which makes a great spot for a casual date šŸ˜‰

Wonderful place for a romantic dinner with wine and cheese. The place is very cute and the noise level is okay. The service was prompt and attemptive! I recommend the charcuterie board with bread it is delicious and a bottle to share.

Good ambience and drinks, but some of the workers here are sketchy and will overcharge you, or increase the amount of tip money on your receipt without your consent. I think some of the workers here hate their customers and take it out on people. Also, if Eddie is working just turn around and leave, that guy is the worst.

Very nice place to seat and chill and enjoy your bottle of wine

I’ve been coming here for years and watched how the prices increase and the service decrease. Good spot for adults to get some wine, but sometimes is too crowded and they let people in and gets really uncomfortable as they rush you to leave, even if you’re sharing the seat with other people. They have some regular customers that get really drunk and start annoying other patrons. They stop serving food because they’re too busy, would be nice to know until what time one can get some snacks there. For parking you can use the public one across the street. They change the menu often so you can try different wines.

The most cozy wine spot in South Bay

We were sitting at our table drinking our wine and talking for about an hour and were pressured to leave by a staff member saying they are getting busy and need the table (they were not getting that busy and the table next to us was empty). It was kind of annoying and unprofessional for them to do that to us as customers. After reading other reviews looks like it is a common issue with them. Not coming here again or recommending this place to my friends.

Got kicked out after two drinks because new guests were coming in šŸ˜. I guess they didn’t see much ROI in us!

This place is so friendly and the people who work there they treat us like a family. We moved recently to the bay area and explored so many other places before picking this place as our favorite spot. It's pretty cool how knowledgeable the staff and the good recommendations they propose every time we are there. Keep up the good work guys

my friend and i have always appreciated the wine rooms atmosphere. we visited twice now and each time have entered optimistic for a cozy, wine filled evening. BOTH times, we have been greeted by rude waiters who have made us feel unwelcome prior to even ordering. we were ignored, sassed and then spoken to pedantically for only starting w mid priced glasses of wine. before we were able to continue, our menus were taken and we were ignored for the rest of the evening. the waiter made a mistake w our check and grunted instead of apologizing. all in all, sad that the experience was marred but such a rude wait staff.

The place looks nice. The atmosphere is inviting, but the attitude is so bad. The guys at the bar were so rude. They don’t understand wine, they pour wine as it is a beer. They don’t give you to try, they don’t explain or introduce. They don’t smile. They treat you as they give you a favor. We called manager, and to be honest, the manager was not polite either, holding his hands folded, telling us, that if not the Thanksgiving holiday, they would be so busy, that he wouldn’t even show up to talk to us. Such a bad place. Not professional at all.

Eddie and the entire staff make this the most welcoming environment. The vibes are cozy and it’s our first stop whenever we’re in the vicinity. The food is delicious and the wine recommendations are top notch. Would recommend The Wine Room to all of our family and friends!
