Okay wine and decent lounge area (a bit small), but the servers are extremely rude. They’ll push you to order the second they see you, which is annoying but fine. But the second you finish your glass, they’ll either harass you to order more or point blank tell you to leave.I could be more understanding if the place was packed, but there empty seats literally around us when they had two servers tell us to get out within a couple minutes of each other.

Excellent! We were thrilled by the service from the manager and the owner. The decoration is inviting and cozy. You can have a conversation with someone or read a book. They are happy to answer wine questions and suggest favorites. Will be back!

This nice and cozy local establishment offers excellent wine selection and yummy finger foods. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with wine. Eddy and David always make us laugh and create a wonderful atmosphere. They pick the best selection for us to try and they truly go above and beyond to make their customers happy. The place can get crowded since it’s a popular spot but it is one of kind and you must check it out! We highly recommend it ! ?

I love coming to the Wine Room. Its a cozy place to come and relax. Service is great, Eddie really knows about the wine offerings and explains pairings. Him and the staff aways make sure we are taken care of. We always depend on Eddie to make suggestions on wine to try and he never disappoints.

Love this place, excellent wine list, well informed staff, happy to help shape your wine choices.. want a dry white-done, bold red-try this.. if that didn't taste right, happy to provide other options.. love these guys. Always leave happy. Busy place but patience is well rewarded..

I’ve been a frequent customer at The Wine Room for several years now. I’ve always enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and friendly service until today. The bartender ordered me to move a couch back, which we have rotated 90 degrees. I have no problems with the request if he were to kindly explain and he asked respectfully. Instead he bossed me and ordered me to move it around. When I told him this is not the attitude I expect from this business he dismissed me. When signing for my check after we had our wines, I mentioned to him that “as the business is rightfully concerned with how the place is set up and how every piece of furniture should be in it’s rightfully designated spot, they should remove the stack of three opened wine boxes next to our seating area.” I also reiterated my grievance on his attitude while he continuously talked me down and dismissed me verbally. I shook his hand and asked for his and the manager’s name. He tells me he is the manager and forcefully threw my hand away from his. I am considering this an assault, let alone an incredible disrespect. He threatened me with the presence of security camera. It’s 2024, if you don’t have a camera above your register it would be stupidity, hence thinking my communication would be impacted by the disclosure of its existence is funny at best. The bartender and self-claimed manager is named Eddie and I will never walk through the door of this lovely business if he is at the bar. I will be a loyal customer when he is not present and will be working on contacting the owner. Such a pity.
