Ate here pre pandemic & remember liking it a lot, especially dining w vegan friends, but this latest weeknight dinner was oddly dissatisfying. Kale aid juice was pricey but good, pomegranate spritzer was good,The Hawaiian fried rice was really just salty & I wished I had picked something else because I couldn’t taste much else.Chicken sausage pizza was ok. There’s a lot of pretty good food in the area so comparatively this pizza was meh. Service was generally good , ambiance was attractive but it was quite loud inside & we had to raise our voices a lot throughout the meal- opt for an outdoor table if hearing is a concern for you.It was ok for me & my niece - but if we had had our parents dining w us they would not have been able to converse or hear.

They forgot my drink, the fingerling patatoes were good but half of them were burnt literally completely black not ok that you serve this to a customer. The wrap as well one half was alright the other completely bad assembled barely any chicken cmon it just feels like the people who made/served this didn’t care at all.

First time here. Had the vegan Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl w/ Tempeh. Delicious but the portion was small for me despite adding Tempeh. Others at the table loved their food too. Great environment and service. I'd go again.

The food is tasty, and while the service is decent, the staff seem a bit careless. I ordered takeout, but they forgot to include my drink in the bag. It was annoying when I got home and realized it was missing.I couldn't help but notice the inconsistency in how they serve hot food and cold drinks in separate areas. It's no wonder they tend to forget when customers order drinks to go.

Service was unusually slow. Our dishes were not picked up after we finished; we moved them to an adjacent table. We didn't get a desert menu until I went to look for the waiter and asked for it.

This local Palo Alto restaurant is a favorite go to for my very healthy friends. The usual excellent service was experienced. Huge kudos to Dolma, our waitperson We ordered the squash pizza for my guest and I had the double vegan burger. Unfortunately, the two patties were extremely thin and burnt. Thankfully, Dolma was attentive and checked on the quality of the burger. She agreed that it was burnt and returned with a freshly made burger with much higher quality patties. In this case the food was lacking. Tip, have the chefs make thicker patties to avoid a burnt shoe leather result. If for service alone, we will be back.
