They don't know how to make Mochas they want charge you for the whip cream and the that goes on the mocha. This morning I asked for a mocha it was awful the cashier did not ask or gave me my receipt he was a male cashier and he made my mocha it was awful. The staff in that shop are rude not very friendly to you especially if you are a veteran. I am a veteran and there is this one guy that is rude to me every time I ask for a mocha . While making the mocha he was picking on the side of his nose pulling up his pants scratching his head discussing nasty you need to wash your hands or another job we don't want that type of person working for our veterans. I f you don't like this job leave it don't make veterans suffer.

This is a Starbucks placed in the middle of the hospital. I hide out there until my husband is done with his treatment. I actually got a grande latte for four bucks. It's probably my favorite place to be on those days. Nice people...quiet surroundings. It doesn't get better than that
