Cappuccino quality has been going down for months. Last time I received a cappuccino with no top foam at all, it was just milk mixed with coffee. It was obvious that this cup will taste not so good but I decided to try it anyway. The taste of coffee in this cappuccino was shallow like the shot was pulled from the same beans for 3 times at least. The quality goes down, the price goes up. Verve just lost a loyal customer
