Walked in and the personal didn't say a word to me so I walked out
Classic wetzels. Good spot
I just experienced a flagrant health code violation at this store. The service isn’t awful, but definitely isn’t great, they frequently close early with no sign, just a locked door, and good luck if you want a cheese pretzel because they don’t prepare them in advance and you’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes, but none of that prompted me to post a review before.I asked for a cheese pretzel. After quite a bit of back-and-forth with the cashier to explain that, no, I don’t want a pretzel with cheese dipping sauce, I want a pretzel that actually has cheese on it, and being told that it would be at least a 10-minute wait, I decided to just get a plain pretzel. She handed it to me in a to-go bat without asking, so I had to hand the now-used bag back to her to throw out - so wasteful! I’m so used to being asked if I want salt or no salt that I didn’t even notice she hadn’t asked until I bit into the pretzel and it was completely dry and plain. No butter, no salt, nothing. I asked if I could get one with butter and salt and she just plopped the partially-eaten pretzel down on the prep station, brushed it with butter, and added some salt. I didn’t necessarily need a new pretzel, and I’m not mad that I didn’t get one, but I know from working in food service that you can’t just take partially-consumed food back into the kitchen because it’s unhygienic. Now my saliva is all over the prep station and the butter brush. So nasty. God knows who else’s spit my food might have touched if that’s how they handle things here.
Food is good, but they close early, or Google is wrong.Twice I've come at 7 pm to see a lock on the door and no one inside.
The cashier is so rude girl. She has to learn how to talk to customers first. I was first time here with my daughter today, and will never visit again. ?
The young cashier girl was very rude and impatient, she didn’t know how to listen and how to talk with customer. It was the worst experience I ever had with Wetzel Pretzel stores in past years! She definitely needs some training for the job or she needs to find another job.

I’ve gone to the Stanford location a couple of times because it’s close. I like the cheese and jalapeño. This is a pretzel that they don’t make when I ask it’s as if I am brother the staff. The cashier is both taking payments and prepping the orders. When I visit the Hillsdale store they have jalapeño ready to go.
Quick and nice staff.

pure pillowy pretzel goodness. eat immediatly or they start tasting really bad <3
If you like lukewarm, soggy pretzels from a dimly-lit, musty store, then you're in luck! This is ur place to go! I came here and got a normal pretzel along with some of those hot dog pretzel bites on a weekday around lunch time. It was super empty. Those hotdog things tasted like they were left out for a week or two and the pretzel mustve been a month old. I dont know. It just doesnt hold up to auntie anne's. However, i must say that you will probably have to end up buying ur pretzel from here, because there isnt another pretzel place for miles, and stanford is out of all the other delivery radii for the other stores.
They hadno santitizers available. I had to ask for it. Used one pen to sign same pen yhe person before me used. The cashier did not change glove after handing me the dirty pen and served me my order with thesame dirty glove. Very disappointing and dangerous
Don’t buy here. They charge for cups of water. This is after I bought 3 dog bites.
