Don’t be fooled by the menu pictures!
Ambiance ✅️ Food ✅️ Service ✅️
All portions are kids size but prices are very adult. Very pathetic and will not be returning
Yummy and quick Japanese specialties.
Had a great dinner at Yayoi SM Megamall, just a short walk from The Podium. The Katsu Toji Teishoku was amazing! Loved their Gyoza, Tempura, and Tonkotsu Ramen. ✨🩷 Always my go-to Japanese restau! 💕
good food, nice ambiance.
Good ramen with great soup base. Loved the matcha drink. Besides the ramen, the rest of the menu is quite pricy.
Washlet! They have one women's room and one mixed-gender room; the latter has a washlet. The food was quite tasty, you order by cellphone at the table, wide selection but quite pricey. Ah they also have aburi but it's almost completely raw.
I thought I was pranked when I got my food. It was miniature compared to the price. Taste was below average. The pictures posted on reviews are misleading. Eel was about the size of two adult male fingers. Idk how they have 4 stars with this kind of food.
Perfect combination of formal and casual. A taste of Japan's futuristic combination of technology and service. Good food, hard working staff.

We were happy to know there is no need to wait on Saturday night, however most of the tables were occupied.
The ordering process helps to focus on carefully choosing what you want without being rushed, there are tablets near each table to go through the menu and order more when needed.
The food is good overall, a good choice for different Japanese dishes, snacks and drinks, feels authentic.
Staff is good and polite.
Overpriced.
Oh boy, where do I begin, I legit dont understand why this place is still chosen by people to come here to eat. Food is overpriced for mediocare taste and flavour, as if Palo Alto doesnt have any other choice of eatery. It's not Japanese food, its not American food, certainly not chinese. The menu is full of irrelevant dessert. The store also doesnt anyone speaking proper english, not even the manager himself lol. It's pathetic. I feel bad for anyone who deliberately chose this place to go eat or even spend more order online from this place. I think it saw some rodents marching in the place as well. Stay away!
This place is a disgrace to Japan. Tried the wagyu yakiniku and it was too salty and seasoned too heavily. Got a side of curry and it wasn’t even properly heated or spiced. The tofu was ok, miso soup passable. The atmosphere could’ve been nice as it has soft jazz playing in the main dining room, but instead there’s Latino reggaeton club music blaring from the kitchen. There’s no sense of Japanese service, food, or honor in this place. Shinzo Abe is crying from above
Was expecting more from this place given location and outside look. Food is not that impressive
