The service from Gil, our waiter, was stupendous. He recommended great food and drinks and made the entire night feel so welcoming. The food was delicious and the ambience was so nice.i can’t wait to share this place with my friends.

We had a dinner as a group of 4. We had 1 hummus, 2 salads, 2 pide, 1 family kebab platter, 1 extra adana, 1 lamp chops, 2 desert, 3 decaf coffee. Everything was super delicious. Total $530. Our service was done by Elmas and she was amazingly attentive. We will definitely come back again

Service was slow, it took them 20 mins before someone came to take orders. They even served water twice before anyone coming for the order.
Server was very polite and nice person.
They messed up drinks orders. Food came in wired order and before drinks.
Portion size was very small.
Food quality was very good. Food tested very good.
The restaurant is very big and very noisy.
Overall do not meet my expectations.

Paid $70/person and left HUNGRY. That should tell you everything.
The decor is lovely — too bad they spent the entire budget on chandeliers and forgot about the food. This is standard Middle Eastern fare dressed up in a fancy room with smaller portions and missing sides. The kabab came with NOTHING. No sides, no bread unless you specifically asked. At a real Middle Eastern restaurant, bread is a given. Here it's apparently a privilege.
Main courses had zero accompaniments. For $70 a head, I expected a meal. Instead we walked out and went straight to McDonald's to actually fill up.
Save your money. Go to a regular Middle Eastern spot where the food is generous, authentic, and won't cost you $140 for two hungry adults. This place sells atmosphere, not food.

Very disappointed with the food. The quality was far below what you’d expect given the prices. The babaganoush portion was tiny, almost laughable. The $70 kabob plate — with no side dish included — felt like a rip-off, and both the lamb and beef were extremely dry. We could not finish it. How difficult would it be to offer an authentic Greek salad. Will we come back? Nope.

We went to Zaytinya for dinner. What an amazing vibe and attentive staff. We started with different Mezas like Humus, Falafel, Sprouts, Kofta Kebab and has steak for main meal. They bring out the pita bread fresh. We finished our dinner with Turkish cake and coffee. Food taste itself could be a little more flavorful. Definitely a special experience.

Restaurantji Recommends
Everything except the pida was pretty average. The babaganoush was way too little for the price.

Best experience in a while!!!
Food was amazing, ambience on point, but the highlight of the night was our amazing server Dodo. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, his recommendations were on point and ended up having the best drinks I have had. He really went above and beyond to make this experience so enjoyable.
Can’t wait to be back!!!

Wanted to really love this place as it is my first Jose Andre’s experience. The food was quite mediocre and the service was quite spotty. We were among the first to sit down after they opened and ordered hummus, labneh, shrimp, octopus, Brussels sprouts, fattoush with falafel and the chicken durum. The shrimp and Brussels sprouts were great, and the bread provided was pillowy and fresh. We had to wait a long time for the bread to dip into these mezes, the portion on the hummus was quite skimpy as was the side falafel on the salad, 5 tiny pieces. For dessert we had the olive oil cake which had some sugary substance on top that had spoiled the taste and was kind of like grocery store cake . The durum was quite tasteless and came without much sauces . The service could have been better as we had to call the server many times to get a menu,to order, to get some bread.
